The house was great for our annual Christmas gathering. The home was warm and cosy despite the cold weather and we were very comfortable. Jo, the owner lives next door and made us welcome.

The house was absolutely beautiful, perfect for our stay. Hot tub was fantastic & Jo was lovely, quick to respond to any queries before & during our stay. Close enough to taxi into Leeds city too. Thank you for your hospitality
