Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed every bit of the experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. From the reception team and restaurant chefs to the pool staff and lifeguards, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. The whole experience was relaxing and truly hassle-free, especially with the full-board option. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, enjoyable, and worry-free getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

De gjorde virkelig alt de kunne for at gjestene skulle ha det gøy og føle seg velkomne. Kveldsunderholdningen var høydepunktet på dagen! Forbedringspotensial: Maten var dessverre et lite minus. Etter et par dager føltes det som om det var de samme rettene som gikk på repeat – vi skulle gjerne sett litt mer variasjon. I tillegg savnet vi en «kids corner» hvor barna kunne sitte eller hente mat selv. Det ville gjort måltidene mye enklere for barnefamilier. Tips til andre reisende: Ikke gå glipp av snorklingen, og sørg for å få med dere showene på kvelden – underholderne der er virkelig fantastiske! Pakk gjerne med litt snacks hvis du er kresen på mat, eller vær forberedt på at middagsbuffeen kan bli litt repetitiv. Oppsummert: Et flott hotell for de som elsker havliv og god stemning om kvelden, men ikke forvent kulinariske høydepunkter eller egne løsninger for de minste. Vi trives likevel godt, hovedsakelig takket være den fantastiske gjengen som sto for underholdningen!

Poor communication, experience, organization but very good duty manager

This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst, filthiest, and most traumatizing hotel experience of my entire life. This property is marketed as a luxury 5-star hotel, which is a complete lie and borderline fraudulent. The reality is an absolute nightmare that should be shut down by health inspectors. To begin with, the hygiene and room conditions were stomach-turning. We found a dead lizard rotting on the floor, and to make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches—we counted at least 6 of them running around. The bathroom was completely disgusting; the toilet bowl and seat were covered in deep, yellowish stains and ingrained filth, showing it hasn't been properly cleaned or sanitized in months. There was also accumulated dirt and grime inside the light fixtures and all over the walls. The "All Inclusive" package was a joke and the worst I have ever seen. The food quality was unacceptable, and eating there had severe consequences. I ended up getting severe food poisoning and becoming completely bedridden and sick from the food. The only positive part of this entire nightmare was two of the staff at the front desk. Khaled and Majed were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with us while we were dealing with this stressful situation. They did their best, but unfortunately, the hotel itself is beyond saving. This hotel is a serious health hazard, completely unsanitary, and a total scam. Save your money, save your health, and stay far away from this place!

The air conditioning wasn't working, so I had to change rooms. The kettle wasn't working, so I had to replace it. The furniture is old. The hotel is very large and sprawling, and there's no shuttle bus or golf cart like other resorts. The staff is wonderful, and the restaurant food is delicious, especially the Oriental cuisine.
