We noticed shortly after arriving the air-conditioning wasn't working. The host responded quickly and within an hour a maintenance man arrived to check out the issue. The first gentleman was not able to fix the issue but within 30 minutes a HVAC team was on site and the issues was fixed. The rest of our short stay was very nice. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also a 10 minute drive from Baylor University and the Magnolia Silos which is why we came to Waco. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Conveniently located, the space was clean, all furniture and mattresses were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for staying in to cook.

Excellent proximity to Baylor. Unit was clean with many amenities to make the stay comfortable.

The accommodation was quite easy to find. Austin Avenue is a main thoroughfare, but very quiet in the evening. The property was exquisitely clean and un cluttered. Ample drawers, closets, comfy beds and pillows and ample towels and cloths. All of the necessary elements for a comfortable stay were with in easy reach. There are a couple of nice coffee shops and restaurants with in a 5 minute walk. The parking is ample, the property is well lit and feels quite safe.
