Breakfast was horrid. No room service between days. Not enough linens. Staff that is rude and will lie to your face. Rooms need maintenance on multiple items.

The bathroom was not clean. There was someone’s hair and a lot of it in the tub. Since that was not cleaned we ended up cleaning the entire room before we even put our stuff down on the bench. We will never stay there again in our life!

The girl at the desk was very friendly. the guy that checked us in not so much. we questioned the total when signed as it stated 59.00 a night. we did book through hotel.com. once he was asked he took it back and told us it was wrong room and that it was a coupon rate for someone else and made us do it again. The room was ok. the pool was dirty with green on bottom and hairballs floating around. The walls are super thin and could hear all the conversation from adjoining room. had to keep tv on for privacy. The tub had a small amount of what looked like cleaner with the stopper closed. The room smelled of a bad cleaner. Breakfast was ok but no gravy to go with the biscuits as advertised on the sign. It was not bad but not as good as previous stays.

when i arrived they couldn’t find my reservation/ i didn’t get the room i paid full price for. tv would not work in the suite (or not so suite ) dirty shower electric outlets did not work in bathroom. breakfast was cold and out of most things i am a diamond member i have stayed there before and had problems but i tried again. Owners should be ashamed of the property.
