Staff was so kind, room and property were clean (except for some dust/dirt on ceiling of bathroom), and the AC in the middle of record highs was amazing. Never had AC like that in Paris so yay! Also beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was the best. That said, promo pics have to be at least seven years old, as floors had worn spots, the walls were dinged up, the TV was the size of a MacBook, and it was a super small fridge (couldn’t fit bottles over half liter w/o turning it sideways. Windows don’t block any exterior noise so bring earplugs. Bathroom sparsely appointed so buy some shampoo when you get there. All to say if it’s hot for your trip but you’re on a budget you will not care what it looks like. Otherwise I might pass on staying there if other options are the same price. If on a budget I’d say go for it if you’re okay with less amenities.

Staff were all nice and accommodating. Elevator was down the whole day and we stayed at the third floor. It’s not convenient going up and down the stairs the whole day. A/C was not working. We need to open the window at night to be able to sleep.

Hotel simples e pequeno, com boa localização perto da estação de metro Brochant (linha 13). tem ótims Patisserie e lavanderia bem proximos. Recepção muito simpática e solícita. Location is very good with access to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, superstore and metro which is just around the corner. We stayed in a triple room on the first floor and thought it was alright and needed modernization including the bathroom. There was no kettle. Electric connection were not easily accessible except one next to the door. Unfortunately there were also black ants around, not good. We may think of staying there again if they modernize the place.

Simple, but nice and clean hotel in central location in Mont Martre - very close to buses and subway (metro) station - and many shops, restaurants etc. very close by. Friendly staff on arrival and duration of stay but told i could pay at hotel and charged before arriving was not so good. Booked a triple room with 3 single beds. Room was very small. Only a slim wardrobe with 3 hangers! Safe didn't work and had to carry a key for it! Shower head snapped and connecting bar was coming off the wall! Ko window that opened in bathroom and fan didn't work. Very tired looking room. Breakfast was very basic. No fruits or vegetables. Location was good for metro and supermarket, restaurants and bakery nearby. Disappointed overall and not a 3 star in my opinion.

La salle de bain avec baignoire alors que sur les photos ce sont des douches, le pommeau de douche mal entretenu avec calcaire et sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Mais le matelas est confortable, personnel de l accueil aimable et a l écoute.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Kamer was netjes, schoon en ruim. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen het ontbijt viel wat tegen.

Accueil agréable et petit déjeuner très bien, par contre la chambre pas très confortable avec une pomme de douche qui fuie de partout, des fourmis rouge partout, de la moisissure plein la baignoire, un bureau qui collait de partout, une fenêtre qui ferme mal. Pour un trois étoile je trouve que c’est limite.

The gentleman at reception was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet, we didn’t hear a sound the whole time which was great. However, there was a very strong cigarette smell in the room, and we found a cigarette butt in the toilets when we arrived. There was also a big hair stuck in the wall opposite the toilets.

O quarto precisa de melhorias na iluminação. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Precisa de uma porta no chuveiro em vez da cortina. O degrau do box é perigoso de escorregar. O atendimento do pessoal é excelente. Trocaram nossas toalhas e arrumaram o quarto em todos os dias. Café da manhã é simples, com pouca variedade, mas é bom.

What made our stay enjoyable were the staff. Extremely friendly and engaging. The room was perfect for us. Comfortable beds, clean, wifi, hot shower, would happily stay here again. Breakfast was good. Nicely filling to set us up for the day. If I was pushed to suggest any improvement, I would have liked some fresh fruit but I can understand that it may not be cost effective. Overall a good budget place to stay for explain the city.

The hotel was in a great location—very accessible by metro and bus. Lots of places to eat and bakeries just steps away! A special shoutout to Noordin, who truly made our stay exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. His warm personality and professionalism stood out and made a real difference in our experience. Noordin is a true asset to the hotel! The room was good for the price. We had daily room service, and since we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was perfect for our needs. For the price we paid the hotel was perfect! The staff were amazing and helpful. They looked after our bags when we first arrived at 10am (check in wasn’t until 14pm) they had the room ready for us earlier and let us check in at 12. There are loads of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the metro was a couple of minutes walk, you could be in central Paris within 20 minutes. As I was running in the marathon I didn’t want to do much walking so this was perfect. The room had everything we needed, basic but we were only sleeping in there , so this didn’t matter. We had the breakfast option and every morning there were pastries and tea, coffee and juice to help yourself to, the perfect way to start the day. Overall we had a pleasant time at the hotel and would definitely stay there again as it was so convenient!

Friendly staff on arrival and duration of stay but told i could pay at hotel and charged before arriving was not so good. Booked a triple room with 3 single beds. Room was very small. First, positives. Very close to Brochant metro so easy to reach and centrally located. The room had air con and a fridge which, along with price, was why this hotel was chosen - both worked well. Staff were friendly and the lobby was well-maintained. Other areas were not so good. The breakfast was ok for the price. Fair choice including real fruit juice but no fruit and no hot food such as egg or bacon which we have found for ‘continental’ breakfast in every other hotel we have stayed. Then, the minor bad points. The bed was a small double and not great for two adults. There was no mattress protector. Both pillows and bed were hard which even though I like hard bedding, I found uncomfortable. The tv was the size of a computer screen and on the desk. You couldn’t watch the all French channels lying on the bed. The curtains weren’t blackout and let light in the room. All these are not ideal but hardly disastrous. What was completely unacceptable was the filthy state of the shower/shower curtain and the thick layers of dust everywhere. The room has suffered from little or poor maintenance meaning there was damage everywhere and frankly, some things looked like they had been left for years. Surely the manager of this hotel cannot be that bad that this is not obvious and I therefore can only assume the owners have been unable or unwilling to complete necessary works. I cannot understand how some reviewers can praise the cleanliness! I would not stay here again or recommend.
