SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orange Beach Gulf Shores

I was double charge for a room. Booked through Hotels.Com and charged again at the desk. They assured me that they would fix it. It's been three day since and nothing has been done.

The room was spacious, clean, and it had a microwave, mini fridge, and desk. Breakfast was good. I didn’t get to enjoy the exercise room or the pool but I will…next time! Of all things, having a balcony was a plus for me! I was able to see a little of the beach across the street from room 313.

The Breakfast was great! The bathroom floor had some sort of flooring glue stuck to it in spots - made ot look like it had not been mopped. Staff was hospitable. Would have liked to have been notified of parking charges at check-in. I had not noticed them on the web listing. Safes are behind the front desk, but we were told there were no individual safes when we inquired. Desk clerk did not know that there were safes? Otherwise a great quiet stay!

The room was clean with a good view! Was roomy and comfy beds!
