Very mediocre experience. The “deluxe room” did not have the amenities described in the description; no bath robes, slippers, even not enough toilet paper (when asked for these the night manager didn’t have the key to the stock). The lobby and the breakfast room were nice but the room itself would need refurbishing. At the breakfast we were supposed to have a table with our name on it - was not the case. No croissants at the breakfast. The location is good right in the centre but the hotel should be way better managed. Now we were left with the feeling that everything was a bit amateurish.

Tongeren is een kleine rustige stad, perfect voor een weekendje.

Beeindruckendes Designhotel, welches an einigen Stellen gewartet werden muss. Das Personal würde mit ein paar Trainings dem Anliegen der Betreiber besser gerecht werden können. Super Lage, tolles Ambiente.
