Place was great and staff very helpful and attentive. The room was great and as expected for an apartment stay. However the pool was freezing cold, the sauna was broken and not able to be used, and the spa could hardly be called a spa as there was only one jet doing its best and it was barely lukewarm. Other than that a nice place to stay!

Friendly check in staff. Easy and affordable parking. The two bedroom is a very good size, beds were good. Bathrooms were good. The room itself was very tired, paint needs a freshen up, outdoor furniture on balcony in terrible condition. The whole building, hallways, reek of cooking from the other apartments, i guess tenants of the building. This was very over powering. Convenient walk to Westfield and dining.

Took 15 mins to check in - very slow. Only 1 lift of two working for our 1 day stay, the working one would often keep going past our level without stopping, despite the button being pressed and lit up. Would take up to 10 mins to get on the lift. Had to call reception about parking options/arrangments before we arrived, this was not communicated in any emails prior to our stay. Room was very run down and unclean; curtains missing hooks, bed moves in tiled floor, air con needs cleaning, air con remote needs batteries - did not work, dining table unstable/unusable, toilet seat not attached/moves when you sit down, shower curtain black with mould, bathroom exhaust thick with dust/fire hazard. Whole room needs refreshing and a deep clean.

The was a lot of mould n the shower. Cupboard doors were falling off. Carpet very stained. Pillows and bedding stained. Draw fronts falling off. Dining chairs falling apart. Not a nice place to stay.

Would not recommend , It was that bad I checked myself out after 2 hours and booked another hotel, very dirty, smelly, and the bed was so old and very uncomfortable I thought I spring was going to pop through the mattress and that’s when I only sat on it! Furnishings were old and stained or broken. Don’t waste your time or money

Centrally located so catching a train is quick. Nice view on the 13th floor. The unit was dirty and in desperate need of an upgrade with many things broken or missing. A lounge or comfortable chairs would be nice too.

The only good thing was the location The unit had almost no television input 2 channels only which constantly broke The balcony was cover with pigeon dropping there was a table out there but no chairs The toilet holder in th bath was broken and inthe lounge room there was an old broken and sagging leather 3 seater . Had to stay at Parramatta for work/study purposes. Incredibly unclean with mould in showers. Microwave had food all through it. Balcony doors didn’t lock so felt unsafe. Not good ventilation, only balcony doors which was only glass doors so was afraid to have them open in case birds came it. It stunk so bad of musty uncleanliness, by the 3rd morning I was dry retching and having to walk outside so I didn’t throw up. The neighbors were smoking on their balcony even though they weren’t allowed and it was going straight into my room. I asked the reception for wifi password and he said “it should be on your modem” - I didn’t have a modem. I went back down next day and a woman wrote down the password. It worked but it was so slow I couldn’t even use it. Worst experience ever. I’ll be sure to read reviews before booking hotels next time.

Check in time stated 2pm-5pm but I could check in late, apartment needed some work (broken bathroom light above mirror, exhaust fan not working in bathroom, smoke alarm missing), extremely noisy from 7am, as high rise construction very close by.

We had a great stay. Staff went above and beyond to help by, letting us leave bags until check in. Helping us break open our suitcase when the lock became jammed. So a big thank you. Will definitely stay again.

Spent a couple of days here watching people from the balcony. Hours of entertainment here, specially later at night. Location is perfect for a quick walk to main eating area in parramatta. had all the amenities you would expect from a place of this calibre.

It was relatively inexpensive but that was after a fair sort of discount. I am assuming that the majority of occupants in the building are either owners or longer term tenants. Cooking smells pervaded the floor I was on. Reception staff were nice but the property did not match up with the photos online. On the plus side it was convenient to Parramatta Station.

Great location. Close to everything (train station, shopping centers, restaurants, public transport). The room is a little outdated, needs a bit of renovation regarding the bedding (mattress, cutlery). Overall very nice stay!

Spent a couple of days here watching people from the balcony. Hours of entertainment here, specially later at night. Location is perfect for a quick walk to main eating area in parramatta. had all the amenities you would expect from a place of this calibre.

It was relatively inexpensive but that was after a fair sort of discount. I am assuming that the majority of occupants in the building are either owners or longer term tenants. Cooking smells pervaded the floor I was on. Reception staff were nice but the property did not match up with the photos online. On the plus side it was convenient to Parramatta Station.

Friendly check in staff. Easy and affordable parking. The two bedroom is a very good size, beds were good. Bathrooms were good. The room itself was very tired, paint needs a freshen up, outdoor furniture on balcony in terrible condition. The whole building, hallways, reek of cooking from the other apartments, i guess tenants of the building. This was very over powering. Convenient walk to Westfield and dining.

Great location. Close to everything (train station, shopping centers, restaurants, public transport). The room is a little outdated, needs a bit of renovation regarding the bedding (mattress, cutlery). Overall very nice stay!

Pool was not heated. Shower screen broken and could barely get in and out. Only free to air TV. Convenience store downstairs is only food around at night.

The Key point is the location of the property. Inside the apartment , it is very average. Specially the bathroom . there is curtain on the shower screen which is inside and keep interfering while showering. Another issue is lock for apartment. it is confusing and feels like open all the time. please improve the amenities specially the condition of bathrooms.
