Great location. Room/facilities are in a fairly poor state of repair. Very noisy air conditioner, barely functional door handle and a smelly dishwasher. Other than that good place to stay. Washer and dryer worked and was clean. Full size Fridge freezer. Water pressure was ok.

It was our third stay here. It ss a convenient location for our visit. Car park is very tight for large vehicles. Rooms are neat and have all you would need.

Right next door to Aldi. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Clean. Big. Air con. Parking was $20 per night with 1.9m clearance. Balcony. Windows that looked on to the street. Full sized fridge. Washing machine. Would stay again

The property was as described and a good size. The only problem was that the lift was tricky. One of the lifts worked ok but I became stuck in the other lift and it wouldn’t take me to the basement.

Lift was out on check in and had to climb up to the 3rd floor with baggage. Noisy at night. Is there a nightclub nearby?? No reception on hand. I woke up on Sunday morning with a few blood spots on the bed. And then I spotted a bug which was a BED BUG!! GROSS!!

Affordable - some of the rooms are a lot better than others but all are quite small. We use adara a few times a year as it’s in a great location. The balcony and courtyards are in need of regular cleaning.

Cheap accommodation but it does show. Lots of stains and makeshift repairs in our room, low attention to detail for cleaning. Missing utensils and basic crockery. Shower was stained and grotty so didn’t use. Tap fixtures were loose and overall area didn’t feel safe or inviting. Lots of social housing around hotel with “interesting” folk roaming around. Staff at reception were lovely however but on balance, I would not recommend this area or accom

Definitely NOT 4.5 stars too many problems to list and I have spoken to reception & Hotels.com. Air conditioning unit sounded like an aeroplane in my bedroom, the furniture was all stained, the bathroom wasn’t clean. Well, the TV in the bedroom is missing and I ordered a king size bed that was a queen or double on king size base. No thank you

That part of St Kilda is dirty and unkempt. Directly above ALDI , that street was full of food spills and vomit-, disgusting. The street is also extremely noisy. The ALDI truck reverses in late at night 11pm and leaves at 6am. The hotel rooms are filthy and the mattress was completely worn that you could feel the springs coming through.

This would have been a nice experience, but the lack of maintenance in the room left a bitter taste. The Wardrobe door would not open or close leaving some of the facilities unusable. The toilet cistern was constantly running water making it almost impossible to sleep. It was a same because everything else was ok.

3 nights. Arrival was outside Reception hours so had to provide POI and complete credit card information in an email. Given the data breaches happening every day, i was not happy to do it but did. Phone msgs went unanswered, emails were not acknowledged. Room was cleanish. Furnishings were chipped and battered. Bed comfortable and linen was fine. Overall fairly quiet area. Aldi downstairs, pubs close by, transport routes also convenient. Tip!! Open the sliding mirrored door in the bedroom because if it's closed, anyone walking outside the apartment has a full view of the bed.

Lift was out on check in and had to climb up to the 3rd floor with baggage. Noisy at night. Is there a nightclub nearby?? No reception on hand. I woke up on Sunday morning with a few blood spots on the bed. And then I spotted a bug which was a BED BUG!! GROSS!!

There were still dishes in the dishwasher from the last guests, the toilet didn’t flush if the shower was on and the down lights in the bedroom didn’t work. The bed was comfy and otherwise a tidy place with a nice atmosphere. There is also an aldi there which is very handy

Room was in fair condition a few bits of furniture that were tatty. Beds were comfortable. Said it was a studio but more like a normal hotel bedroom just with a microwave and toaster as extra. No balcony although there was one outside the window which was connected to the room next door which was a bit weird as they could walk past our window and look in to our room. The staff were excellent very helpful. Not really close to anything beach was about a mile away only an Aldi next door
