There was a shortage of space for clothes in our room. Bed large and very comfortable. The pressure in the shower was pathetic - barely strong enough for a hair wash. Staff brilliant. Beers good. Food good.

Lovely place to get your head down for the night, lovely atmosphere with a busy pub. We couldn't hear the pub from upstairs but there was some road noise but this didn't stop our beauty sleep. Staff were all very friendly and service was with a smile. Room was very clean and well presented, could have had some more milk for coffee along with more pods for the machine but I'm sure if we had asked we would have received. Breakfast in the morning was spot on!

We couldn’t have had a warmer welcome or to be made feel so valued as a guest. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. We had all of the amenities we needed and more besides. Breakfast was lovely and were offered top ups of hot drinks. Probably one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in a while!
