The room was mediocre. Not clean but not nasty. The bathroom was tiny with bad lighting. The hot tub was absolutely unacceptable..just shameful. 2nd bad experience with Baymonts and will avoid from now on.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The room was visibly under renovation. Lots of activity during the night from the hallways from dogs and people passing. The pool was cold and no lights. The hot tub was green.

Hot tub was broke down. Pool water was green. A strange man handed out breakfast from a separate room and used his bare hands to pick up the food and put it on the plate. Water puddled in the hall. Had to change rooms because our original room had huge holes in the floor.

The staff was nice but the rest of my stay was not. Pool was not available, rough towels, no wash clothes, loud refrigerator, hard bed. Parking was fine and breakfast was fine.

The staff was so welcoming and the breakfast was huge and nice ! Breakfast attendant was quick to get me syrup when it ran out . I liked that I could make a waffle with sprinkles ( even old people like sprinkles ! ) The room was not great. Had to go down to front desk for towels and shampoo/soap. Mold in corner of shower . No toilet paper holder . Shower bar was poorly repaired and instead of a knob on the broken closet there was just a string . POOL WAS CLOSED ..which was a big disappointment but the breakfast made me forget it ...lol

This was by far One of the worse locations i have visited it. It extremely smelly and humid. Dirty location the toilet was not flushing the ac was leaking water. Woke up to a wet floor small puddles. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and old. The curtains in the room you can tell was outdated and dirty. Wil not consider this location again. In my trip I stayed in 3 different hotels this was the worse. Not to mention the bed sheets were dirty upon arrival

Room was dirty with hair everywhere even the walls. Had to ask for clean sheets for the bed. There was lipstick on 1 pillow case and cover up makeup on the other. Hair in between the sheets. Staff was fabulous in obtaining and delivering new sheets. Shower was full of hair from unknown sources. Facility is due to go under complete renovation which is def needed

The room was gross. Trash in the floor, food on the beds, something splattered on the wall in the bathroom. Floors were dirty. Lots of things were broken. No remote. The water in the shower ran the entire time we were there. By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. And to top it off, it was like 90 degrees when we first walked in. The heat was on full blast.

Our room lacked soap, shsmpoo and towels. The staff did provide them, but there was a weird mildew or something growing thickly on the bathtub faucet. The stained couch in the lobby needs to be thrown out. Cleanliness could have been better. They have done some upgrades, but more is needed. I can't recommend at this time.

The room was filthy with feces on the toilet lid and floor where the bed was. I went down to the desk and told them I paid for the room not cleaning it also twenty minutes later after the front desk laughed at me some guy named Shawn came to the room with no uniform on what so ever he had a hoodie a snow hat and ripped blue jeans on said he was house cleaning and cleaned up the ahit. Also the floor was never cleaned your feet stuck to the floor when you walked and their was dirt eveywhere. I also have pics to prove everything. The whole hotel was cold. The continental breakfast was not given because to few of guests per front desk There was a huge xetension cord going somewherein the room

They need more furniture in the rooms. If you get take out you had to eat on the bed. The tv is on the decks and one chair in front of tv. Bathrooms were very small and toilet seat needed tightened up. They were remodeling so just hope they weren’t finished. Pool and hot tub was awesome.

Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is being remodled,so there are repairs going on everywhere. We were in a already remodel room and kept falling on the foot sized hole in the middle of the room,wall holes with exposed wires also. The whole place is in a horrible state of disrepair. Also there was a old dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain.

The bathroom door would not close, the tub would not drain, the furniture was only partially there and had no light fixtures! That's just the beginning, the bed was a thin lumpy mattress and my back was aching in the morning. The one chair in the place was a wooden arm chair and nothing that was comfortable. The TV remote only turned the TV on and off, it did not change channels or volume control. There was a biker group staying there also, so we were awakened many times throughout the night by the loud voices and motorcycles revving their engines outside our room. We were the first room when you came up the stairs, so we also heard every noise of anyone coming upstairs. Thank goodness we were only staying one night!

The pillows were terrible so it was difficult to sleep. There was a bare minimum of towels and no toiletries. The keys cards kept going out every time I left so I kept having to go back to the front office.

We traveled with a small dog and were put in the back of the hotel where many people were hanging out around the entrance. There was an overflow of cigarette butts and garbage piled up on the sidewalk. We did not feel safe there. Breakfast was a waffle or toast with no butter available. They did have a few yogurts and cold cereal as well. We only got one washcloth for the two of us. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

Very affordable stay! The hotel is a little older, but is getting ready for some updates. Very nice staff and the hot breakfast was perfect. Rooms were very clean and bed were comfortable.

It is basically what I expected for the price I paid. It works just fine for the night. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor. We didn’t have towels or hand soap so I tracked down a cleaning cart to get some. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly. And helpful with the questions I had. Again. This hotel is exactly what I expected for the price I paid. No real complaints.

We didn’t have towels or hand soap so I tracked down a cleaning cart to get some. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly. And helpful with the questions I had. Again. This hotel is exactly what I expected for the price I paid. No real complaints.

It was awful. We asked for the first floor but they put us on the second floor without elevators - we have physical limitations that made it difficult to take the stairs. They refused to move us & didn’t give us a reason why not. The key card didn’t work for the outside door - had to go back around to the front of the bldg to get the card reissued. The room door was temperamental to open. The hair dryer was broken. The hangers won’t stay in the plastic holders on rod & TV’s CC was so tiny that we couldn’t read it more than 2 feet away. The “free” breakfast was a joke - waffle iron broken, no bread for toast, no hot water for tea, no eggs except for hard boiled eggs, no yogurt 2 mornings in a row, hardly any hot food - just biscuits & gravy. No ice machine as we needed some ice. Every night (3 nights) we couldn’t get inside the back of building - we had to go around to the front for a new card each time - they never apologized. We were so shocked as we’ve used Best Western for many years and we will never use BW again.

The night staff were friendly and helpful but the door to my building wouldn’t open with the key and my bathroom was not cleaned (with dirty towels and washcloths) and the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest.

We traveled with a small dog and were put in the back of the hotel where many people were hanging out around the entrance. There was an overflow of cigarette butts and garbage piled up on the sidewalk. We did not feel safe there. Breakfast was a waffle or toast with no butter available. They did have a few yogurts and cold cereal as well. We only got one washcloth for the two of us. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

The receptionist was nice enough, but the area and room were awful. Parking lot was filthy and I'm pretty sure a drug deal was going on. The door wouldn't open properly. The smell in the hallway was terrible. Once we entered our room, there was a hole in the floor and bugs in the corner. Looked like it hadn't been swept. I've stayed in some budget motels, but I did not feel safe here.

Staff very kind. Room clean. Area of town a little iffy. Outside door of building unable to lock. Card key did not work in it. Construction in entryway. Very close to interstate, easy access. Exit very busy road. Probably better to not rent rooms in the construction area.

Property was old and outdated. Location was not very good as we saw multiple homeless people around the night before checking in and the morning after. Breakfast was lackluster and they were out of a bunch of stuff (and weren’t refilling it even though it was 30 minutes before it ended. Beds were fine (traditional firm beds like most hotels) but the rooms needed updating and were just pretty “grimy” from years of use. Saw multiple hairs in the shower as well (just poor cleaning). Overall would have been a better choice to go to one of the other hotel options at this exit.

Sketchy neighborhood. Out dated rooms. They are doung construction so you hear saws during the day. No elevator. I use a cane and was told when I got there only stairs, they were kinda steep. Prolly wouldnt stay again for that price.

Traveled here for a funeral staff was great, although the breakfast buffet wasn’t a buffet like the last time I have stayed. Definitely could have been a better experience like previous stays. It was quiet overall so wasn’t as bad as it could have been.

The room itself wasnt bad. There was a bad odor of cigarette smell in the hallway. The pool was ice cold even being indoors which was upsetting since I booked this on NYE so my daughter could swim. The breakfast was a huge upset. They falsely advertise breakfast buffet. I guess if all you can eat waffles is a buffet then they did have that but nothing else. The front desk ladies were very nice. It has potential but definitely is not what they advertise

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The room was visibly under renovation. Lots of activity during the night from the hallways from dogs and people passing. The pool was cold and no lights. The hot tub was green.

The staff was nice but the rest of my stay was not. Pool was not available, rough towels, no wash clothes, loud refrigerator, hard bed. Parking was fine and breakfast was fine.

The hotel was generally clean but after a long day of travel we was so looking forward to soaking in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi water was brownish/green & had gunk on the surface of the water. We was so disappointed. The breakfast was not the freshest it could be. Also it wasnt as clean as we would of liked.

The staff was so welcoming and the breakfast was huge and nice ! Breakfast attendant was quick to get me syrup when it ran out . I liked that I could make a waffle with sprinkles ( even old people like sprinkles ! ) The room was not great. Had to go down to front desk for towels and shampoo/soap. Mold in corner of shower . No toilet paper holder . Shower bar was poorly repaired and instead of a knob on the broken closet there was just a string . POOL WAS CLOSED ..which was a big disappointment but the breakfast made me forget it ...lol

I'm growing tired of renting hotel rooms and not being able to count on even the bare minimum. Shower faucet was hanging off the wall. Tub didnt drain. We had two small bath towels and one wash cloth. No hand towel. no bathmat. Asked for one at the front desk at 8:00nd they said they would bring one at 9:30

The staff was so accommodating. Excellent excellent customer service the best that I've had at a hotel and a long long while. The stay was delightful. And the next time that we come into town for concert down at The vineyards for definitely making our reservations there again. And thank you to the two young men who was so polite and helped my mother after a fall.

The tub was stopped up and full of hair and water. The floors were covered in black hair. There were no towels or rags in the room. There was no toilet paper at all in the bathroom. The ac unit plug had a short and I had to keep wiggling the plug to make it work. There was no soap at all in the room either. The room hadn’t even been cleaned it seemed. It was not a great experience at all after a long day.
