The staff was friendly and very responsive to our requests regarding the issues with the air conditioning and the in room phone. It is truly a continental breakfast as stated on their website. The property itself is not well maintained, and it was evident upon entering the room that it was in need of a thorough cleaning. The one ice machine and two soda machines on the property were not working during our visit. In the future, we will not be booking a stay at this hotel.

The parking area felt very unsafe. It want well lit. The room was disgusting. It smelled like urine. The adjoining door between the two rooms was padlocked and blocked by a dresser. The bathroom was filthy. It was a horrible experience and trigger a panic attack

Checking in was quick, no deposit required but middle of the night power in the bathroom section of the room went out. Come morning 6am there’s no water for brushing teeth or showering. The free breakfast was miserable without coffee, juice or pancakes/waffles! No discount for the inconvenience and the front desk clerk has a strong accent that made it hard to understand his English. Parking lot allows trucks to park overnight and gets quite noisy as this is a motel not a hotel.

Tub/shower showed black mold. Shower head was filthy. My bare feet never touched the carpeting. Stayed at the Tru by Hilton (next door) last month. I will stay at the Hilton from now on - plus they have a hot breakfast, not a continental like Days Inn.

Pictures show renovated rooms, unfortunately ours was very low quality. The breakfast options not good. Parking was good I guess and close to hersheypark about 15mins. A dirty toenail on the floor, mold growing under the sink, bathroom damaged, dirty carpet, tv never worked and when it did all movies are in another language. Would never stay here again

When we arrived, the place looked very dated like an old motel. Once we received our room key, we entered to find what looked like it was straight out if a horror movie. I didnt feel safe there. The door didn't close tight, the beds were filthy and when i pulled back the sheets, found dirt and hair the bed. The trashcans had garbage in them, there was pee on the floor in the bathroom, a cockroach in the corner by the bathroom door, and a slick oily film on everything. We went to the front to request a new room. We were then given a new room with 2 full sized beds and this time was worse. The beds werent made, the bath towls appeared used, garbage in the trash cans and a used condom. We immediately went to the front desk to request a cancelation and a refund. The man at the front desk was very polite and helpful, but the condition of the property and rooms were unacceptable. Don't stay here!

This is a “no tell” motel. The room and bathroom was dirty. There was no way that I would’ve used the shower. Room was small and the rooms open right up to the outside and the parking lot. Doesn’t leave one feeling particularly safe. Had the other local hotels had any openings, I would’ve left.

This Days Inn is a motel, not a hotel. I guess I didn't read the description so closely, so we were kind of surprised when we pulled up. But, the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The rooms were very clean. We are the type to check for bed bugs when we check in, and everything was good. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. My kids loved the pancake machine. The gentleman was constantly refilling everything as soon as something ran out. It was a very inexpensive place to stay near Hershey, and we would definitely book there again. It's a no frills motel, BUT very clean and has everything you need.

It was close to Hershey and pet friendly, that's about the only positives. The room was spacious but there were live bugs everywhere- crickets, flies, beetles etc. Probably need to close the door when they clean the rooms. One side of the bathroom wall was torn off, exposing what looked like mildew or mold. The drain wouldn't go down in the shower and there were four of us that needed showers so that was gross. We booked two nights and ended up not staying the 2nd night because the shower issue was unresolved. The area around the Days Inn was unkempt. Rusting truck trailers, trash bags, old toilets. Next door was a Tru by Hilton, also pet friendly. If they had room, I wouldve gone there. Even my young kids described the room and hotel as sketchy and scary.

The room wasn't very clean at all. Noise from other rooms for most of the night. Towels very small, the complementary breakfast was muffins and juice or toast it was awful!!! I have had much better at other hotels. The person working the front desk was nice that's all i can say about the place. Hotel is very old and not in great shape.

for the price, not a bad deal. if you are looking for a nicer hotel id opt out of this. not the cleanest and not very modern. if you dont mind a couple dirty corners, ect, this isnt a bad choice.

The room and property were decently well-kept. The fixtures are very outdated but everything seemed clean. We found the king bed to be very comfortable. This place is half the price of the Holiday Inn across the street and that place is rough.

Don't expect the 4 Seasons, this is an old motel that priced affordable. Then bathrooms were older, but clean and fully functional. The rooms were reasonably updated and clean as well. For the price, this hotel was a perfect place while in the area for a sports tournament or Hershey Park.

There were guests next to us laughing, smoking and being loud from 2:15-5 am in the morning in the room and on the balcony. Management did nothing despite our phone calls to try to remedy the noise. Smoke from the party next door was coming through our door due to the 1 inch exposed at the bottom of our door. I would not recommend this place for kids.

Smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel and the toilet paper holder was broke. Could only find one working outlet to plug things in. Sheets on one of the beds was stained. Had to move the table out of the way because my grandmother couldn’t get through with her walker. Room smelled like salami. Lights next to the beds did not work. Definitely not worth the money!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. If you want a clean inexpensive room for the night...this is it. The only issue was at check in. I had checked pay in person as I wanted to pay cash, but the clerk charged my credit card that is on file with Hotel.com without my authorization or asking how I wanted to pay. He could not reverse/refund the charge until the next day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. If you want a clean inexpensive room for the night...this is it. The only issue was at check in. The manager could not find the Hotel.com booking. Manager could not find a contact phone number for Hotel.com. The heat didn't work correctly in room. Will not book there again.

The person checking in did not listen to me when I said I didn't want to use the card on file 2x and ran the card on file and pulled the money from an account I didn't want to use. Upon entering the room it smelled like cigarettes after I was too it was a smile free room. . There was long hairs all over the bathroom and the TV didn't work. No room move was offered, no discount, no refund. Would not stay again.

Room very poorly maintained. Could see daylight all around the door when closed. Bathroom door damaged, wouldn't close properly. Shower rod appeared ready to fall from wall. Worst towels I've ever experienced...abrasive and strong smell of bleach. On second day of stay I went to office to ask why the room had not been serviced at 3:25 p.m. I was told they only provide service if requested (this was not disclosed at check-in). Front desk informed me that they can't satisfy every customer!!! Contacted Wyndham Hotels, they were no more concerned about customer service than the guy at the desk. Spend a little more and stay somewhere that at least cares about the customer.

The rooms were very clean and quiet. The parking was easy and there were lots of open spaces. The front desk staff however was completely miserable and nasty to anyone who checked in or spoke to her. She yelled instructions at the woman ahead of her when the woman didn’t understand something. Barely spoke to me while I was checking in which was preferable.

The property was clean, safe and quiet. The breakfast was minimal but things were clean and convenient. Nice feature in the room was a small table and two chairs so you could eat takeout conveniently. Close to highway but at least 15 minute drive to dining. Close to the casino, if that's where you are going.

The staff was wonderful upon check in. Very friendly. The room was very clean and adequate supplies in the room. Loved having a kitchenette to do our own cooking. We were able to borrow the crock pot for the weekend while we were out and about. It is well used, but it works. Very close to the Casino! Will stay again

Old motel but clean. Room looked recently repainted. Bathroom was old but clean. Easy access to I 81 and Hershey.

The parking area felt very unsafe. It want well lit. The room was disgusting. It smelled like urine. The adjoining door between the two rooms was padlocked and blocked by a dresser. The bathroom was filthy. It was a horrible experience and trigger a panic attack

It was close to Hershey and pet friendly, that's about the only positives. The room was spacious but there were live bugs everywhere- crickets, flies, beetles etc. Probably need to close the door when they clean the rooms. One side of the bathroom wall was torn off, exposing what looked like mildew or mold. The drain wouldn't go down in the shower and there were four of us that needed showers so that was gross. We booked two nights and ended up not staying the 2nd night because the shower issue was unresolved. The area around the Days Inn was unkempt. Rusting truck trailers, trash bags, old toilets. Next door was a Tru by Hilton, also pet friendly. If they had room, I wouldve gone there. Even my young kids described the room and hotel as sketchy and scary.

The hotel advertised breakfast, but all what they had is coffee, a single pancake maker with people waiting for pancakes, and two types of cornflakes (looking very nice old).

The staff was very helpful, especially with an unavoidable very late check-in. The only slight disappointment was a very limited breakfast selection.

Stayed there for a concert at the Hollywood casino. Good location to the casino, but the room was just ok. The hotel only had 3 small pillows on the bed and the bed wasn't all that comfortable. The breakfast was toast, muffins, cereal, apples and tangelos. Not much.

There was supposed to be a continental breakfast but breakfast was pretty much nonexistent unless you like bran muffins. It's not super expensive but for what you pay you should still get some eggs and bacon or oatmeal or something. Otherwise it's clean and friendly.

The "free breakfast" was a joke. All starches and sugar, stuff I cannot eat. No meat of any sort. I saw hot eggs (hard boiled and powered/reconstituted scrambled) only on Sunday. I was there for Sunday-Tuesday breakfast. The American coffee was surprisingly acceptable, however. Gaps in the bottom of the door may allow water/snow to enter in the wintertime.

This Days Inn is a motel, not a hotel. I guess I didn't read the description so closely, so we were kind of surprised when we pulled up. But, the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The rooms were very clean. We are the type to check for bed bugs when we check in, and everything was good. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. My kids loved the pancake machine. The gentleman was constantly refilling everything as soon as something ran out. It was a very inexpensive place to stay near Hershey, and we would definitely book there again. It's a no frills motel, BUT very clean and has everything you need.

The room wasn't very clean at all. Noise from other rooms for most of the night. Towels very small, the complementary breakfast was muffins and juice or toast it was awful!!! I have had much better at other hotels. The person working the front desk was nice that's all i can say about the place. Hotel is very old and not in great shape.

The room is not What's pictured. They must have had a wonderful photographer. The property gives you and uneasy feeling there are many people that live there just hanging out. It seems to be more of a place for makeshift housing. The bed was comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Seems to be better suited for temporary housing.

When we arrived the tv was blasting loud. We could not turn off the tv or lower the volume. All we could do was change the channel. We actually had to unplug the tv to turn it off. We did finally call for a new remote that turned on and off the tv but we had to use the original remote to change the channels. When I called the front desk I could not hear them because the plug into the telephone was broken and would not stay plugged in. The toilet would run constantly unless we took off the lid and adjusted the flapper. The rest if our stay was fine.

The walls between each room are so thin I had to listen to the tv from the room next door until 1:30 in the morning. The breakfast was very good. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable but the pillows small and weak. Your internet was so weak I couldn’t use my IPad.
