Stay Passport Sapporo Ryokan Seoul Hongdae for Foreigner Only

Rooms are perfect for my use case for a self catering accomodation. Very neat and tidy. staff very accomodating and friendly. would come again if in area.

It is a bit hard to find but it’s in a great location. One minute to shopping area and less than 10min to subway station. Staff were very kind and helpful.

This place would definetly recive a 5 star if it werent for a complication we had durring the stay. The lock to our door did not work once we arrived and it continued like that for the whole stay. It bacame extreamly stressful and anoying after the first day. We got temporary solutions though we had to contact the host every time we went inside due to the malfunction. It would have been a lot nore apreciated if we got the key insted of the key card due to the card being the main problem. Most our time there revolved around getting the door fixed which was honestly not great. I get that these things happen, however it would have been more practical for everyone involved if we recived a key since the card did not want to work. It would have been nice to get some type of compensation due to the amount of complication this caused us. Besides all that the room was very nice and comfortable and hopefully for the next people staying there this wont happen again.
