Bathroom was clean and nice. Old carpet. 17 steps to room. No elevator. Asked for help to carry luggage. Wouldn’t take my call or respond. Found long black hair between sheets. Comfy beds.

As a single woman I was placed in the back area of the property with no security. The doors did not lock properly and when this was brought to the attention of the staff I was treated like I was bothering the staff. There was no breakfast. The room smelled like cigar smoke. There were no hangers in the room. The TV did not work.

There was very little to like here, we had a cargo trailer on the back and parking was very limited and it was in a very dimlet area where I didn't feel very safe with my vehicle was being parked. One door wouldn't open with the key they give us and the other one was propped open with a brick so anybody could get in. When we turn the shower on in the morning the water was greenish Brown from either rust or God only knows what they were burns on the carpet, fan for the bathroom had duct tape over the switch and when you turned it on it rattled like it was going to fall out of the roof. The bathtub faucet leaked. The windows were so dirty that we couldn't see out into the parking lot. Although the lady that checked me in was very friendly and did her job as well as she could. I would rate this two stars as best more than likely one, save your money go somewhere else

The picture# on Expedia showed a very nice room. The room we got was filthy. A used washcloth hung on the shower rod. No heat in the room. The carpet was filthy and stained. False advertising on Expedia.

The room was refurbished well except there was no way to open a window. Carpet was new, nice tv, mini fridge was nice, microwave was small and the coffee pot was singular and the were no coffee supplies, beds were new, bedding was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was newly refurbished but the floor could have been cleaner. There were nice towels and there were soaps, shampoos, conditioners and lotions. We were in the back of the motel where the train was passing even during the night.

We were only here for the evenings, to sleep. However, the room was clean; it is obvious that there is ongoing work. There was fresh paint, new furnishings, new tile etc. I appreciate that the lobby was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would have appreciated more effort with a vacuum cleaner, it seemed that the house keeping either didn't vacuum, or just rushed it; but that is specific to me probably. Overall, I would stay again, the beds were clean and I appreciate the obvious work to update the entire facility.

Worst ever, had to leave and go to Days Inn it was so dirty. Sheets stained and hairs in bed and on pillows. Guy did bring new sheet but also had hairs. Could not stay.

I ended up driving home in the middle of the night because the room was so nasty. Hair in the drain, stains on the carpet, the bedding smelled of urine, and I was so disgusted I couldn't sleep and cut my trip short...

Property tried charging us for a night agyer booking on expedia, claiming it was expedia's "cut" and then tried charging us 100usd for a pet we had with us which was non refundable. Rooms were from the 70s , motel smelled of smoke and looked like an old apartment building in dire of much needed renovations. Would not reccomend. Rooms arent worth the price...

Bathroom was newly refurbished but the floor could have been cleaner. There were nice towels and there were soaps, shampoos, conditioners and lotions. We were in the back of the motel where the train was passing even during the night.

Carpet was new, nice tv, mini fridge was nice, microwave was small and the coffee pot was singular and the were no coffee supplies, beds were new, bedding was exceptionally clean. There was very little to like here, we had a cargo trailer on the back and parking was very limited and it was in a very dimlet area where I didn't feel very safe with my vehicle was being parked. One door wouldn't open with the key they give us and the other one was propped open with a brick so anybody could get in. When we turn the shower on in the morning the water was greenish Brown from either rust or God only knows what they were burns on the carpet, fan for the bathroom had duct tape over the switch and when you turned it on it rattled like it was going to fall out of the roof. The bathtub faucet leaked. The windows were so dirty that we couldn't see out into the parking lot. Although the lady that checked me in was very friendly and did her job as well as she could. I would rate this two stars as best more than likely one, save your money go somewhere else

As a single woman I was placed in the back area of the property with no security. The doors did not lock properly and when this was brought to the attention of the staff I was treated like I was bothering the staff. There was no breakfast. The room smelled like cigar smoke. There were no hangers in the room. The TV did not work.

The room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels for the entire 7 days we were there. The price was the only reason we stayed. The trails end used to be a nice well kept hotel but not now.

I would not stay here again. Had I known it would be so subpar, I would have kept driving to another hotel. While the staff attempted to be accommodating, and that was the only redeeming quality of this establishment, the property and room were not well maintained. It smelled like mold and body function, the wifi did not work at all, we were visited around 11pm by a bunch of young ppl "looking to party" with the previous people who stayed in our room, and the sliding door was sealed shut which feels incredibly unsafe in the event there were a fire.

The room was bigger than I thought but issues of someone else's food in the refrigerator was very bad. Showers had a soap from being used by somebody from before. I was greeted very friendly actually showed me where the room was by walking out to show me. Was very quiet until a train whistle. I was not aware of being that close.
