There was no info in the apartment regarding the hotel or it's facilities, such as wifi password, how to order cleaning (only once during the entire week) etc. It was hard to contact the staff. Calling their number only lead to a voice that was talking in Greek, didn't understand a word. I hung up after a minute of constant talking in Greek. The trash bin in the toilet which you must throw all your toilet paper into in Greece is only emptied once a week when you order cleaning. This isn't really enough for a regular family of 4 persons. We had to empty it ourselves during our stay and put in a new plastic bag. Unclear how to check out as there were no instructions how to proceed and no staff on location. The price is quite low but you also get what you pay for in the end. Nice balconies and modern rooms. There's quite a lot of noise from the outside that can be heard in the apartment even though it seems more recently built (quite new). There's no room to put your luggage after checking out and no rest room to use so plan accordingly the day you leave the accommodation.
