Enchanting cottage in the heart of Chipping Campden

Everything was so perfect. The attention to detail was really nice. Upon arrival, we had fresh flowers, fresh bread, breakfast cake, jam, orange juice and milk and coffee. Plenty of washing supplies, throws, and two warm fireplaces. Couldn't have been better. Sound system and TV great. definitely will return. Cleaning lady not so friendly.

We were extremely happy with everything about our stay at Little Orchard Cottage and Chipping Campden. Maggie, our host was extremely accommodating. The cottage was lovely and in a great location.

Cute house in a great location just off the highstreet. Laurence was quick at responding to communications. We arrived in the Cotswold early, I emailed and was given early entry to the house. It was very well equipped with everything and more that was needed. The fire place was very cosy in the evenings and let off more than enough heat. We will definitely return again next year for our annual family catch up.

We have stayed in holiday rentals all over the world, and this was the best-run one ever. There was a delicious homemade cake waiting for us, and that set the tone. The thatched cottage (once lived in by Graham Greene) is utterly charming and immaculate, and beautifully modernized (though tall people will have to duck through a couple of doorways). The beds are comfortable, the towels thick, and the refrigerator was stocked with milk, eggs and bread. Any question we had was easily answered in the instruction booklet. We were two couples who like to walk, and the fabulous public pathways started outside the door. The town of Chipping Campden is beautiful and the center of town is less than two blocks away. Be sure to eat at the Eight Bells Pub. The house provided great spaces to be together, but also lots of privacy. A perfect place in a perfect location with a beyond-perfect host. We never met Maggie, but we feel like we know her from all she did to make sure our stay was wonderful.
