Unfortunately we were not informed ahead of our arrival that the pool and spa were closed on the two days we were staying at the property. We were offered to use the facilities of another hotel 1/4 mile away but that simply dies not cut it. If we had been told beforehand we probably would have gone elsewhere.

Great location! 5 minutes walk to old town square. Helpful and efficient staff. Spacious suite on 6th floor. Wonderful garden serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Live piano music. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. Will return for sure!

We had a great stay here, clean property with beautiful garden. Staff was attentive and always on hand to help and assist. Parking is offsite that can be availed through valet for small charge. Great location to top it off. Excellent place to stay in Prague.

직원들도 다 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았어요 위치가 완전 중심은 아니지만 어디든 걸어다니기 좋았고 호텔안에 사우나도 있어서 저녁에 피로도 싹~~풀었어요 조식도 딱 핵심만 고퀄로 나와서 잘 먹었네요.

Vi ankom sent på dagen og havde kort oplyst hotellet om dette. Da vi kom frem, blev vi budt velkommen, hurtigt checket ind og oplyst om, at vi var blevet opgraderet til et større værelse. Dette var vi naturligvis rigtig glade for, og alle dage bød på et rigtig godt og behageligt ophold med god morgenmad. Der blev taget hånd om alt. Der løber to påfugle rundt til stor underholdning. Alt var rent og nydeligt under hele opholdet. Tak for en fantastisk oplevelse og ophold i Prag. Her kommer vi i hvert fald tilbage!

this is not by any means a 5 star property. more like 3 star. quality of decor etc. bathroom had one thin bath towel for two people - not a bath sheet. one tiny old -school bar of soap in the entire bathroom/shower area. peacock excrement on the terrace outside our window not cleaned in 24 hours. disappointing. joe mckenna

Should start with the Good: staff most of them are awesome, some clearly tired, annoyed and simply give a s&$t about your stay. Breakfast was great, recommend you to pay when you book cause not like other hotels paying at the location is more expensive not too much but more. Not to bad, baaad and baaad: not sure how hotel can get a status of “ part of World Leading Hotels “ status but this one must have paid to get it :) the Hotel is 3 stars on a good day( please remember majority of staff are still five stars), carpets are soiled/dirty, the place needs remodeling, new paint, carpet clean and most importantly take care of the stench!!!!!! The stench is something else - smells like public restroom, sewage in some areas. They will say it is from outside but one can smell, feel it on the sixth floor. Ownership must do something about it, please! Will not get into details but have a lots of proof on all I have written; how the some staff “ tried “ to handle all this situation. Hotels.com charge was much higher then majority of whom staying hotel paid as well. Paid close to $400+ per night and felt like I was paying $50 per night and was treated such from some staff.

Room provided was tired and musty. Front desk was going to change our room but reversed course in the middle of the discussion. We were traveling with friends who had a better room. Front desk manager was not helpful. Courtyard is nice and location is reasonable for walking to various sites.

Staff were very friendly and efficient check in and check out were smooth and quick. One of the great assets of the hotel is location location location. This was my second visit and I would have no problem returning on my next trip to Prague.

We spent 4 days in Prague after coming from Budapest and Vienna. By far, this was the loveliest hotel we stayed in. It is incredibly beautiful, comfortable, walking distance to everything and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, offering an abundance of ideas on things to do and see. The room was very large with a beautiful balcony. Bilel, the doorman, greeted you with a big smile every morning and was a joy to talk to. The ambiance here is so lovely; piano music in the lounge area and a gorgeous outdoor patio to enjoy a beverage or bite to eat. We didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant, however, other guests stated the food was excellent! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

What a great stay we had at the Grand Mark, Our room was perfect for our family of 4. We had a 1 bedroom suite, and they put two roll away beds for our kids in the living room. Great location, easy 8 min walk to the clock. Concierge service was great and was so helpful booking last minute day trips, and airport transfers. Breakfast was nice, and of course got to love the Peacocks!

Excelente hotel, súper bien ubicado a 3 minutos del centro de Praga, la atención fue perfecta, el concierge nos dio grandes recomendaciones para cenar, a 5 minutos de la entrada al metro y en la esquina está una parada del Tram, las habitaciones muy limpias y la atención fue de lo mejor, volveríamos? Por supuesto que si.

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff from the very beginning was so kind and helpful, we couldn't have asked for better assistance with dining, and information about area attractions. The restaurant at the hotel was by far one of the nicest I have been to in a long time. The service was impeccable, the food was great and the price was quite reasonable! We will definitely stay there again if we go to Prague again. I highly recommend the hotel.

Super Hotel, tres bien placé en plein centre ville. Tout le monde est super gentil. Le spa est petit mais tres sympa et peu fréquenté. Le petit dejeuner est top. Seul reproche c'est qu'on doit payer pour le jus d'orange frais.
