We just had my daughter’s birthday party here. They accommodated us wonderfully. We had a room with two queen beds and bunk beds! Quiet area, had the pool to ourselves and the pool was warm.

Pool was clean and warm, didn't smell like Chlorine like many Hotels do. Didn't have enough towels for our room so we had to grab one from the pool area. Breakfast was average but good enough.

I paid $35 more and drove further because you advertise a hot tub. When I checked in and asked the desk clerk said it had a crack and they were told to take it out and they told you to not advertise it and You said you wouldn’t change add. I want my $35 back please. Pamela

I love that this hotel has no pets, smoking, vaping and Marijuana. It smells good. This trip, the night stand was not cleaned and neither were the bathroom floor. But it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean down to the coffee maker and the top of the TV. Liked the couch with added couch table. Made it easy to work on my laptop without being stuck at a desk, though the desk and chair were fine.

The hotel was very clean, we always slept in so we never enjoyef the breakfast. We were always greeted very friendly by the staff and they were happy to get us fresh towels etc. Every time we'd walk in from outside the lobby smelled fresh and looked very clean. We will stay here again.

Beautiful European look with the wood floors in the rooms & beautiful carpet pattern in the hallway. There was also a nicely heated pool so no need for a hot tub. What a great experience. The breakfast could use a fresher touch & thicker waffle batter, way too watered down. But all in all we enjoyed our time here.

Quick and easy check-in. Both beds in our room were extremely broken down; had to use pillow to prop me up to keep from rolling off the bed! The pillows felt like the insides were distringrated; completely flat. Neither of us got much sleep. Could not get the room to cool down enough; it was way too hot!

Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was clean; could use a little more water pressure. Thank you for putting the handicap bar at the back of the tub! The stay that I had at this property was certainly a mixed one. The room itself was decently comfortable and was a fantastic value. It was kept clean while I was there and kept me warm when it was quite cold. The location was also great as it is closeby to the interstate. However, that's where the good news stops because there are certainly some things that need IMMEDIATE attention, unfortunately. There were numerous times where NO STAFF could be found anywhere on the premises. This was definitely observable in the afternoons and evenings. I wanted to get something from the market area, and nobody was there. Additionally, they had tractor-trailers parked on the premises, and no accountability was present for them either. Even one of the drivers came in and grabbed a bunch of yogurts from the breakfast bar area. while there. Additionally, the staff (outside of the morning shift) barely or didn't speak English, and hence, it was a bear to communicate with them. For the value, it was a good buy, and I certainly hope they improve the next time I visit.

We had a minor issue during checkin. The room assigned to us hadn't been cleaned. The front desk was very responsive and assigned us a new room. Again it was a minor problem, but the hotel handled the issue professionally. They even provided us some chocolate, popcorn, and waters for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Staff members were friendly and polite. The hallways, common areas, and room was clean. The bathroom was clean well stocked with towels. A microwave and coffee maker were available and large size TV could be viewed from both beds. The breakfast had the usual fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, eggs & sausage, waffle maker, bagels, muffins, cream cheese, jelly, peanut butter, fresh coffee, tea and more. If that’s not enough. Bob Evans is within walking distance. The only thing that seemed out of place was the high pitched noise when the elevator was operating. I was there during the weekend so maybe a repair person had been called and the repair will be made Monday.

A microwave and coffee maker were available and large size TV could be viewed from both beds. The breakfast had the usual fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, eggs & sausage, waffle maker, bagels, muffins, cream cheese, jelly, peanut butter, fresh coffee, tea and more. If that’s not enough. Bob Evans is within walking distance. The only thing that seemed out of place was the high pitched noise when the elevator was operating. I was there during the weekend so maybe a repair person had been called and the repair will be made Monday.

Pool was clean and warm, didn't smell like Chlorine like many Hotels do. Didn't have enough towels for our room so we had to grab one from the pool area. Breakfast was average but good enough.

Room was pretty clean although there was a little trash on the bathroom floor. remote for the TV was broken. Poolneeds scrubbing. The breakfast was disappointing. Staff was great.

Everyone was nice & helpful. Our room was nice & clean. Parking was good. As far as the breakfast goes, it was ok but overall this hotel is great! We have stayed her several times & will continue staying here when in the area.

Rarely was a person at the front desk day or night. The phone in our room didn’t work so couldn’t call front desk for help. Went downstairs and still no one at front desk; calling “hello” didn’t bring anyone out; went to the open door to their office and finally found a woman who could barely speak English. Couldn’t understand us. Both beds in our room as so badly broken down that it caused our backs and hips severe pain. Asked them to rotate the mattress on both beds; took them 2 days to complete this task. Both the shampoo holder in the shower and the toilet paper holder were broken. The door was not secure; it would NOT CLOSE AND LOCK unless you pulled the door shut and heard the click. Mold in the bathtub in the corner. Both housekeeping and front desk woman lied about access to our room. No, the “do not disturb “ sign was NOT on the door. Had to ask multiple times for towels and washcloths. Housekeeping staff did not speak English and couldn’t understand us. Generally, the room was clean, temperature was adjustable and the area was quiet.
