Baltak badhotell

A simple accommodation for 1-2 people by the Tidan River. Here you have your own small house with a bed, TV, Wi-Fi and wardrobe. Linen and towels are included. The main house has a shower and toilet with its own entrance. Previous guests have called the place "Baltak badhotell" (SPA hotel/Strand hotell). The river flows slowly past, just five meters from the cottage. Limited cooking options, simple preparation on the veranda is fine; refrigerator, microwave, toaster etc. are available. Breakfast can be served by arrangement. On the veranda there are sun loungers, extra towels and other accessories for sunbathing and swimming in the river. Next to it there is a cement ring if you would like to grill sausages over an open fire. Wood for fire can be bought. The cabin is allergy free, but on the property are two cats, living at the landlady's house ; Silke and Sammet (=Silk and Velvet). Five minutes drive to Tidaholm where you can shop and find restaurants and cafes. The area is very popular for fishing and nearby there is Baltak fish center and a few km away there is the famous Hökensås fishing complex. Baltak badhotell is close to nature, fields and pretty roads. The surroundings is loaded with history, culture spots and beautiful scenery. The landlady, Anja, is more than willing to give you tips and information about the area. She works as intendent at the local museum and tourist office. Most welcome!
