I know the area in general is humid, but I’m not sure if it’s normal to have the floors looking soaked every morning, thankfully Wasn’t an issue with the ac on the lowest setting. The ironing board and hair dryer was filthy, the fridge was wet inside. The bed headboard had gum on it. The shower and the sink wouldn’t drain. At least the Pool was great, and everything worked in the room.

Room needed updating, worn fixtures, cracked sink counter. Many construction workers stay there, so they clean out the basic continental breakfast foods and coffee very early...there was no one around to replenish food or make more coffee.

There was feces smeared on the wall in the bathroom. When I called the front desk they said they could not change our room or have someone clean it until the morning and that I would need to call again in the morning. Beds felt like styrofoam boxes, we’re not comfortable. Mini fridge had rust all over it. Not enough bath towels in room. Bathtub was discussing, had dirt or something else on the bottom of the tub. Floor was also dirty. Will never stay here again!

Recently renovated clean room. Matresses were on the firmer side. Staff was friendly. New HVAC system, therefore no foul odors. We were in Portland for a softball tournament & knew we would spend a minimal amount of time in our room. Place is within 4 minutes from sports complex. No hot breakfast is included but its surrounded by places to grab a bite. $153.00 for 2 nights was well worth it. I would book it again for our next tournament in Portland.

Hotel was barely cleaned, and had minimal supplies. The "breakfast" was dry cereal and a yogurt. That's basically it. I know it was a cheaper hotel yet I still feel robbed.

Very clean rooms, surrounding area was not loud. Very close to a lot of restaurants and other stores. Only issue was the A/C being very loud. But I would still stay here again

We arrived late, but the young man who checked us in was very helpful and kind. When we went inside our room, the AC was not cooling. So I called the front desk and asked if they had a fan because the room was not cooling enough. The front desk clerk brought a large fan and he was checking the AC and he immediately said that since the AC was not cooling that he could move us to another room. Which he did, he moved us to another room, and the AC in the other room was working beautifully. I don’t remember the name of the young man that helped us, but he went above and beyond. We checked out at around 10:30 in the morning and when I turned in the key, the young lady at the front desk apologized to us for the AC, not working in the first room. She also thanked us for giving them our business and for us staying regardless of the situation with the AC. The next room that we stayed in was very clean and very cool and we slept very comfortably. Thanks to the clerk for everything he did for us.
