Only one elevator and it's slow.

This was the best Motel 6 ever. Plenty of space for our huge moving truck to park, and really kind and helpful staff. They also had coffee in the lobby. The room was comfortable and spacious too.

Motel was right next to freeway so it was a bit noisy. Room was clean. Helpful staff. Dogs stay free.

My room itself was super clean and nice but the hallways (especially the carpet) and elevator were pretty nasty. I was surprised there were no fridges, coffee makers and microwaves in the rooms but there was a microwave in the lobby and free coffee was provided in the morning. My dog loved the place - big property to walk around and great staff. I would def stay there again.

Very welcoming to pets! They even have a fenced-in dog area!! Loved it!

It was good, the staff was welcoming and they have no problems with dogs big or small!

This motel is always clean & comfortable and staff is friendly & helpful. Over the years they have removed the microwave & mini-fridges from the rooms. We need to keep our ice packs frozen for our cooler but were unable to do that. They also stopped serving breakfast (coffee is available). The restaurant next door is pretty good.

The front desk staff was excellent. He was clearly overworked, had a ton on his plate, and still maintained a high level of customer service and care. He deserves a raise. The room itself was clean, or seemed to be. It had a few broken light fixtures, some that did not turn on, and some that flashed repeatedly. The bathroom was clean, and while it came with the usual 2 towels, etc, it only had 1 bar of soap; luckily, I tend to bring my own shower necessities. The room also lacked some basic amenities that you'd find just 10-15 minutes away at another Motel 6 location. No fridge or microwave, etc. That is mostly what through me for a loop. Along the bedside wall was a massive mirror that spanned the entire wall length, which definitely looked like something spicy couples would have loved to see and watch themselves get freaky, but not me. Overall, the location itself just needed some TLC. The elevator was lacking in maintenance, the building needed some love and paint, and the room I stayed in needed repairs. For the asking price of $86/night, including fees, the night I stayed, it was not worth the value since I could have gone down the road 10 minutes, spent only $50, and received a better room and location. For a quick, must-have, sure, this is as decent as anywhere else. But if you stay at Motel 6 as much as I do, this one fell short.

This is a HOTEL style of accommodation, with interior doors to the room. The elevator takes forever to close (2 minutes), there are no tissues provided in the room (have to use the towels or the rough toilet paper), and one has to request shampoo from the front desk. One can clearly hear voices from the next room over as well as their snoring. Doors close with a resounding slam. The nice, new floor planks are not all correctly butted together. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise, the condition of the hotel and the rooms are nearly new. No breakfast is available, except for coffee.

I was impressed with how clean the facility was...Compliments to the houskeepers...

The bathroom especially the tub was dirty with black on the floor of the tub and pink slime around the faucet and drain. Needless to say I didn’t shower. The floor had dust bunnies and it just wasn’t clean

Dirty and old, really bad house keeping, rooms in bad condition, towels really old.

The room and bathroom were dirty. The tub was never cleaned, and the floor smelled like a dirty mop.

The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel was very dirty. Dust and dead bugs on window sills. Dirt and dead grass on carpets and one area smeared with baked beans or ?. The tub was not clean, had dirt and hair in it. We would definitely not go back.

This place was so nasty, just pay the extra price to stay across the street! Not a single surface was clean and I’m not sure the sheets had even been washed. I would not set foot in the shower due to the dark spots across the floor and walls of tub. The whole bathroom smelled like pee and the bed was gross. The entire hotel had a bad smell. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

We stayed for one night. I gave this motel 6 one star. Our TV doesn't work. There were dead fleas in our sheet. The bathroom seem like the previous tenant had a pet lived in it. There were bits of dry food in the corner behind the door. The bathroom walls were stained and peeling in one area. Mattress and bath tub has stains. Blanket has cigarette burn. Musky odor to the room when we first walked in. I stayed at other Motel 6 before. This was one of the worse.

The bed was like sleeping on cinder blocks, but very clean and tidy. All interactions with the staff were positive and productive.

THe bathtub was not draining. The WiFi hotspot was not working.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean building with many noticeable upgrades. The room is kind of noisy as you kind of hear Nextdoor guests talking. House keeping not paying attention to bedsheets and some pillows are old.

The mattress on both beds were so worn out and you could feel the coils. Sleep was impossible and the pillows were small and very flat with no neck support. The walls were so thin that you heard upstairs and next door people as if they were in the room with you.

Okay but can't receive wi fi in my room

No microwave or fridge. Our room was clean and comfortable but we could hear people in the next room as if they were sitting next to us.

Was a good place for a quick night sleep. Hotel was pretty dated, and the walls were pretty thin, so you could hear the neighbours clearly. Very close to the highway, so that was convenient.

This was by far the best Motel 6 we've ever stayed in. They gave us a room where we wanted with what we wanted. Very friendly staff. VERY comfortable beds. Even compared to some hi end hotels, these were great. To me, a comfortable bed makes or breaks the room.

It was ok for the price, but it's getting run down. Needs some renovations.

There were employee side issues with check-in that were never corrected. This property stole items from my room and refused to return them. The manager was absent & disinterested. The room had blood on the light switches. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Absolutely a great peaceful night stay… clean and comfortable great front desk staff!

My wife and I had a good time. We had an issue with our room key not working, but they just switched rooms for us and it was easily resolved. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was pretty clean and everything.

Sutherlin Oregon was a good place to stop and sleep - Clean, quiet and comfortable - I was surprised b/c this Motel 6 used to be another building, you can tell, its much better than most other Motel 6s.... Decorated elevator instead of stairs, just lots of little things that makes this Motel 6 a lot better than most others, also friendly and professional staff who checked us in, etc

Staff was amazing. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to make the best coffee for us. We felt very welcome and taken care of.

Check-in clerk was on the rude side. Our stay was for two nights but are key card was only keyed for one night, so after going to room, had to go back downstairs to find out what was wrong and then get new cards. No clock in room, no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. At checkout had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to show up .

Nice place with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms small and TV a little hinky but in a a terrific value.

McDonald’s, Donut/Bakery (delicious donuts) & Dutch Bros are across the street. Starbucks, DQ, Subway, & Pizza are down the street!

The rooms are outdated, and cable tv was not great, The elevator door wasn’t functioning properly so it was slow to close- “they are fixing it” -only 3 floors so we preferred the stairs. Fire/smoke alarm went off at 4:15am -no fire or smoke-prob someone smoking in room-this is a non-smoking property. If you are looking for just a place to sleep for a night or two it’s great. McDonald’s, Donut/Bakery (delicious donuts) & Dutch Bros are across the street. Starbucks, DQ, Subway, & Pizza are down the street!

Overall, the hotel was clean and simple for a one night stay while travelling. I liked that it was close to the highway and there was a 24 restaurant open with decent food.

Stayed a week visiting family - the best Motel 6 yet! Lots of space to walk the dog. Staff were especially great: friendly and engaging. Exceptionally quiet given the easy freeway access. There is a nice, old-fashioned restaurant across the parking lot + a great bakery and McDonald's across the road & walkable Mexican options. Brewing company and other food options are a short drive, and an historic town with great antiques one town over.

Great looking building, the area felt safe, walking distance to breakfast the next morning. A stay at the Motel 6 gets you a discount at the Apple Peddler which is nice. Staff were very nice. Hotel was clean, my only complaint about the room is that the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. We didnt get much sleep unfortunately but everything else no complaints.

The check in was fast add easy, the man checking us in was so friendly and helpful. The room was fine, just missing a fridge. Apple Peddler next door was so good for breakfast 👍
