This was by far the m terrible experience that is have ever had! The staff was horribly rude, the hotel was not clean, dated, smelly, and looked very unsafe!! My family and I didn’t stay at this location and I hope to get a refund! I was modified if my experience. I would strongly advise no one to ever book her!!

My room was missing the coffee carafe, which in all fairness, had I needed it that morning, I am sure I could have gotten one from the front desk. I was impressed with the condition of the room.

The pool was green!! The bathtub and sink drained very slow, the shower water came up to your ankles. Elevator floors were filthy dirty. When I checked in , they gave me the wrong room, one king bed and a pullout couch when I had reserved a room with two queen beds. Upon asking the front desk why, she said that I booked it that way, but I showed them the email I received from expedia , and it said two queen beds. She did find another room to move us to. It's the fact that she blamed me for her mistake. However, the food for breakfast was very good and the cook was a very personable person.
