Great Location. Otherwise average

The office staff was courteous and prompt. The room was clean and tidy but, worn. The outside of the building was in dire need of maintenance. I’m not a building inspector but, some places look a little sketchy. On a busy weekend, the parking can be a little unfriendly, especially if you have a full size truck. Overall value was definitely acceptable.

Deadbolt on door did not work. I felt unsafe. No kleenex provided. Lots of towels and good water pressure. Bed was very old. Felt like two old box springs stacked together.

I knew what I was expecting, a low cost place to stay in downtown Astoria, and that’s what I got so no surprise there. The room and staff were fine. Compliments to that. The facility was worn down and poorly maintained. The hotel was on the wrong side of the tracks (literally). Next door was, I am assuming) a rooming house or recovery house. People sat out back smoking until late. There were nicer places close by where I’ll stay next time.

Room had mold issues and felt very damp
