Quality Inn Mobile West Tillmans Corner

Looked like a decent hotel online; there are at least 6 hotels on top of each other that share parking lots. Ice machines were broken; I would have chosen a different hotel. 100° and no ice. Every time I sat on the bed it made very strange noises.

We found the hotel to be clean but there are no frills. In the first room we were assigned the fire alarm kept going off when the heat from the furnace came on. In the second room the fire alarm did not go off because it was hanging from the wall. The beds were fairly comfortable. In the morning we tried to use the ice machine in the vending area; it was broken.

20 mins to check in and I was the only person there. They scan and retain your drivers license, which I'm not sure is legal. Room had awful AC, making it really humid.

The property had greatly gone down since the last time we were there. Front doors were locked. Big screen of security cameras. Broken window. I didn’t sleep. Went down for breakfast, looked at it and walked out. Stayed there many times in the past. Will not go back.

Second floor, no elevator. Unpainted dry wall in bathroom. Strong cleaning product smell then moldy smell during night and in morning. Breakfast offerings minimal tho did include waffles but no yogurt or fresh fruit. Very low water pressure in tap, did not c shower as tub looked unclean. Only one bed in room but that made space for yoga mat stretching!!

Spider web with eggs in bathroom. Shower head was leaking water but still worked. Trash hadn’t been emptied

Broken big mirror in room. Lights out in vanity area, room smells musty, no sugar for coffee in breakfast room!

Room and parking lot smelled like urine. Trash everywhere. Shower was broken and sheets like they had not be replaced in years. Cigarette burns in sheets and comforters even though the it was a “smoke free” room. Spend the extra $25 and stay anywhere else.

I have stayed here before and liked it alot it was clean, quiet and beds were comfortable but this time I checked in and got to room to see evidence of bed bugs and bathroom was filthy, bedding was torn and stained! I talked to manager she asked me to look at another room and apologized. She was nice and professional. The 2nd room looked better alot cleaner and it was late so I stayed. During the night I saw roaches crawling on the wall so I sprayed the room down and sprayed disenfectant on sink and cleaned it when I did all kinds of little bugs started falling from under rim into sink I cleaned and sprayed it and would have left but I was coming down with flu and it was late so I planned on leaving in morning, got up felt terrible, got really sick to stomach and was dizzy so I just got on website book again bc I was up for packing up and getting dressed but fell aaleep, girl from office came banging on door really loud 2 seconds after I told housekeeping I was staying was online booking again. I apologized to her that I hadn't finished booking yet I got sick , it wasnt quite check out time yet she starting yelling being very rude when there was no need I always pay on time, I always leave room cleaner than I found it had no company was there alone and very quiet just sleeping, I just happened to get very sic, if I hadnt I would've been gone anyway bc the room was not worth $90 a night it was dirty and bug infested

Not good housekeeping

Sink clogged, dirty bathroom, smell of mold in the room. Never stop there again. You guys need better maintenance service for this amount of money.

I like the night check In lady she was very nice. Our first room was dirty beds were unmade and we went back to the office she quickly moved us. The second room someone had removed the bathroom vent and the bedding wasn't very clean looking. We were to tired to return to the office. We just stripped everything off and slept with pillows and blankets we had in the car. The morning clerk was not friendly at all during breakfast which was not very good. No fruit or yogurt

Very dirty room, it’s very outdated, carpet filthy, shower nozzle squirt all around but very little where you want it. It’s better that freezing but I’ll sleep in my car before I stay there again.

Room reeked of smoke even though it is a “non smoking” room, white bath towels covered in stains and dingy. Wasn’t sure if they were clean or dirty. The bed was incredibly squeaky and the “hot breakfast” was 2 egg pucks and 2 biscuits in a Chaffer, coffee was Luke warm and food was cold.

I will never stay there again. Check in was great the 1st time. We were sent to a dirty room. Housekeeping hadn't been in there. After what seem forever they put us in another room. Beds were made but the room was still extremely filthy! Nothing was wiped down. Pubic hair & other trash in the bathroom. Soda or a brown liquid sprayed all over the bathroom door and wall. Absolutely sad. The property itself was really nice. The staff was pleasant. Why would it be so completely nasty. Oh & the bug that was in our still damp bedding. Without a doubt unacceptable!!! Do better people!!!

Comfortable room and bed just what we needed for an overnight stay.

The only issue I had is that I didn't have a ice bucket and the bed was too hard like the spring of a casket

I will not return to this property. Check-in took nearly half an hour as it seems the staff had problems figuring out the Expedia reservation. Then once arrival to the room the key didn't work so had to return to the front desk for a reset key. Then management decided to charge me an extra fee for an additional guest and didn't even provide a second key. When I inquired about the additional charge management said I shouldn't have used Expedia and should have booked with them directly. Will not return to this property again.

Did not like the fact they kept a photo copy or drivers license .

I ordered a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. They said it would be an up charge for nonsmoking. I paid for the room before I arrived and the they want another $60 deposit upon checking. The first room had no power and I had to get a second room. The lady at the front desk said I should have just call her and the room would have been cheaper. I’m not going to stay here anymore.

Took forever to check in (had reservation). Desk staff acted like like guests were an inconvenience (there were others waiting to check in). Could not enter the lobby until clerk finished with personal phone call.

Ms.briget at the front desk help me check in she was very funny and sweet thanks for your help

Worst staff of any place I’ve stayed. Very unpleasant people that acted like they were going out of their way to check customers in.

A junkie scoped out my car when I was checking in then ambled over to the next motel. Creepy!

staff did not know how to check in guests. Room did not have basic amenities in it such as towels and a working coffee maker. Breakfast was so pitiful we went to a fast food restaurant

Very disappointed with this property room needs serious upgrades smells awful breakfast was nasty and disgusting!
