Newly renovated cozy old thatched house 50 meters from the Sea

This cozy, old thatched farmhouse is the area's former recidence for the beachguard. It is newly renovated in a modern and minimalistic style, and are perfect for larger families and groups. The house consists of 3 individual apartments (plus a fourth apartment in the independent annex which is not included). Each of the apartments can accommodate between 2 and 9 people, and in total you can gather up to 25 people. ------------------------ Housing #A You enter the open-plan kitchen, where the large dining table stands in the center of the room as the family gathering place. This will also be where you will gather the large group if you are traveling with several people and using several of the apartments or the entire courtyard. There are two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the large open loft, you can find peace and contemplation at the desk with the finest view of the dunes, or settle down in the soft furniture with a book or a good movie. The loft also has three additional beds. The accommodation is approx. 100 m². It can accommodate up to seven people, of which we recommend a maximum of four adults. Housing #B The house in the center of the courtyard has a large hallway with access to the three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with a single bed. There is also a large bathroom with a small bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. In the large open kitchen area, there is space to both gather around the dining table and relax. And in the large open loft, you can retreat to the desk or settle down in the soft furniture with a book or a good movie. The loft also has three more beds. The accommodation is approx. 100 m². It can accommodate up to eight people, of which we recommend a maximum of five adults. Housing #C The house in the short length of the courtyard has two good sized bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the large, open space of the house you will find a kitchen, dining and sofa area. There is also a small loft with beds for two older children. There is a separate shower room and a bathroom with a washing machine. The accommodation is approx. 65 m². It can accommodate up to six people, of which we recommend a maximum of four adults. -------- In the commonarea, there is a large lawn with space for play and games, as well as separate terraces with barbecues. This is a great place for larger groups or familie with room for many guests, and space to enjoy each other's company, but also to bee able to have some privacy.
