Great location for visitors: pleasant and quiet neighbourhood near British Museum; unit was near restaurants, supermarket and public transportation, spacious and well equipped, receptionist available onsite and helpful.

The property has zero after hours support. The fire alarm in the property went off for 4+ hours. Inspite of me calling the emergency number multiple times, no one picked up the call. Then I called 999, when the fire department showed up. The alarm kept ringing for further two hours. The property hardly has any concern for customer safety. Also, cleanliness of the rooms are next level. Stains all around and possible bed bugs, which were giving me rashes.
