Worn down. Garbage outside. Poor condition.

It is old and run down. I moved one room because the walls are paper thin and the neighbors were crazy loud. Both my rooms had connecting doors so noise travelled way too easy! Second room had a constant stream of water coming from tub, tub was stained yellow and when I turned on the shower it was shooting out brown water for minutes!!! Gym is an absolute joke, nothing at all for upper body, no free weights and barely any floor room to do anything - but don’t worry they have an old school moving scale.

I was not impressed but I am trying to keep in mind that they are under newer ownership. The floors were very uneven, even in the elevator. I could not get the TV to go to a channel and there were no instructions. I am use to cable and this was a smart tv that was only apps but I was not putting my personal information on it. It was definitely run down. The hot down was down. The tub had all types of chips out of the enamel. I would like to give it a try again but maybe in a year or so.

Day 6 still haven’t gotten my deposit refunded!! They claim they sent it back hmm nope!! Room was okay clean small and smelled funky construction all over for 2+ years!!! No hot tub for 2+ years!! Dirty pool area smh NEVER AGAIN!!
