Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel.

Veldig irriterende !! at gjester okkuperte de beste solsengene med håndkle allerede kl 07.30 og så å komme tilbake flere timer senere. Hotellet brydde seg ikke, men de burde sette en stopper for det, eks sette opp info, da ville jeg bare fjernet badehåndklene.

Vi trives godt på hotellet.Men nederste heis var ute av drift i 10 av 14 dager.Det er ikke godt nok ,og bi fikk ingen kompensasjon,

The hotel is a little dated but bedrooms & bathrooms are nice - few issues while there with all the public toilets not flushing or no water in the taps. Personally i liked breakfast & luch but found it difficult to get stuff at dinner. Cocktails were appalling- entertainment not great either, kids entertainment could be better.pools & views are excellent. I didn't like the area - a lot of usual tatty shops but i think theres a good shopping center a taxi drive away. All of our party of 12 had to move rooms for 1 reason or another eg no adjoining room given even though it was requested as the other room was for an extra child! Were ok about moving people but a waste of most of the day for the traveller. Lifts were plentiful but a bit confusing as there were 4 blocks. Spa very good - facials dear & said it's for one and half hour - it wasn't- mask on & left for at least 25 mins - overall 1hr 10 mins but the beautician was very good - massages were very cheap & great. Dont think I'd go back. Cant add pics as problem with your site

Hadde et helt ok opphold. Savner litt modernisering, spesielt gym som var veldig varm å trene i.. Noe travelt i matsal og manglende påfylling. Var på Gloria Royal i 2022, som nok var et par stjerner over.

We had a long needed sun break and decided to go to the Gloria Palace Amadores, if you want to chill, relax, and just enjoy a peaceful holiday in the sun this is the place to go. Amazing infinity pools (yes 2 of them!), sunbeds are plentiful, food is amazing given the amount of choices, service and cleanliness is excellent.

Fantastisk vistelse. Enda minuset var att hissen till strandpromenaden gick sönder o den kom inte igång på 3 dagar( sedan åkte vi hem)

Ble først tildelt et rom 1113 ikke utsikt. Sofa som var ødelagt skåret hull i den flere steder. Åpen løsning fra bad og WC til stue soverom. Til og med innsyn utenfra til bad. Gardiner ikke festet i gardinstang, hang og slang. Et trist førsteinntrykk. Liten forståelse i resepsjonen for et annet rom. Ikke det vi har betalt for. Lang diskusjon før tildelt nytt rom neste ettermiddag. Ble ikke som lovet kontaktet når rom var klart. Vi måtte selv følge opp. Ble tildelt rom 2604 ca kl.16.00 dagen etter. Beliggenhet meget bra som forventet og det vi har hatt tidligere. Men der også mange feil ved rommet. Vann fra dusj rant ut på gulvet i badet. Skitt langs innsiden av dusjdøren ned mot gulvet. Sengen ikke redd opp hver dag -til tross for beskjed om det. Skade i gulvet i stuen. Svikt og flis som har løsnet. På terrassen utenfor spisesalen-mange sjenerende duer. Måtte jages bort fra matfatene. Fikk til og med dueskitt i hode mens jeg hadde et måltid. Dårlige spesifiserte utskrifter/fakt fra forbruk i rest. og bar. Vanskelig å se hva man betaler for. Sjenerende høy musikk ved bassengkanten. Oppsummert mange dårlig inntrykk i forhold til i fjor. Men det positive er de blide og imøtekommende personale i rest.bar og pool. Fint hotell. Men det som trekker ned for våres del er dårlig renhold av rommet. Så igrunn ikke ut som rommet var gjort rent i det hele tatt. Også virket de ansatte generelt litt nedstemte.

This the 3rd time we visited the hotel. Before we were happy with the hotel, but this time we see a hotel, with a lot of improvement tasks: 1. The kitchen is terrible, and all food seems to be prepared by a factory, stored for several days, and then served to the customers. Dry, no taste. We complained also to the Chef. 2. One lift was out of order for at least 9 days. 3. Towels were old, and outwashed. 4. Cockroaches in the corridores. 5. The people working there looks unhappy. 6. With the current management, not to be recommended in the future.

The floors of the room was super dirty. On second day had to call reception to get it cleaned then saw the guy do it and for a large room he just put the mop in the bucket once and cleaned the entire room without repotting the mop in the bucket which explains it. Nice facilities for children, close to angry bird park, at dinner you have to pay for water and you also have to pay to use the safe which is ridiculous. But nice view, great pool, great activities for children. The sea room view are great.

Dårlig service og skittent over alt. Dette hotellet har tapt seg veldig på noen år og bare siden i fjor. Virker som personalet ikke bryr seg og at vi er der for dem. Duer som spiser av maten, og dette gjør hotellet ikke noe med. Skadedyr som bare har økt i antall og nærgående oppførsel.

What an amazing hotel!! Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, every room has the most beautiful sea view. The food was plentiful, of an excellent quality and a good variety of options. A short walk to the nearest town where there were lots of shops/restaurants. Only 25 mins from the airport too. Faultless!!

Overraskende at det ikke var dører på halvparten av rommene til WC. Vi fikk byttet til rom med dør. Resturanten hadde dårlig middagsmat. Frokost ok.

The bedrooms are very spacious and the sea views excellent, though the bathroom arrangements may not be to everyone’s taste as has been commented upon by other guests. It’s all very open plan! The hotel itself was nice, we liked the pool area and cleaning/restaurant staff were excellent. However the reception staff let the hotel down. At check in we were told if we didn’t like our room we could change in the morning, we found this strange as if the man at reception knew we were being placed in the wrong room. For context we booked a double sea room 8 months in advance. We were put in to a dirty small dark room looking into reception. We requested to be swapped the following morning and were told there are no rooms left and we could return the next day. I sent an email to management and I was told there was a room available on the system. So we were lied to at reception. The room was nicer as it’s what we booked. We were woken up at 8am every morning from screaming and shouting and people running up and down the hall. The dining room was chaos every morning. Towards the end of our holiday we went to reception to enquire about a late check out and we were told this wouldn’t be a problem and the lady took our details and told us to return the morning of checkout.We returned and we were told they needed the room back and couldn’t give us another room but they had a booking system for a 15 min courtesy room we could use to get changed in if we requested a specific time at checkout.When we checked out we asked to book a slot for the room and surprise no room was available.Raquel was very rude and brushed us off when we told her her colleague told us this. All lies….

It is overall a very lovely hotel and a good place to stay. Unfortunately the hotel staff and housekeeping don’t pay attention to do not disturb signs and entered my room several times when I didn’t want to be bothered. This wasn’t taken seriously by reception staff either. There seems to be an issue with the water supply in the mornings, maybe down to demand but it kept running at low pressure, cold and even stopping completely during a shower. The breakfast buffet was rather boring, but that seems standard for many hotels. Great location and easy access to both Peurto Rico and Amadores as well as the commercial centre if you’ve got the fitness to walk up the hill.

It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity. Had a very pleasant stay at Gloria Palace. My diasppointment at arrival of not been given at room vith seaview was corrected promptly and we were compensated with a new, very nice room and a bottle of cava. The hotel is large, not crowded, clean and the staff is very friendly. Will probably come back!

What an amazing hotel!! Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, every room has the most beautiful sea view. The food was plentiful, of an excellent quality and a good variety of options. A short walk to the nearest town where there were lots of shops/restaurants. Only 25 mins from the airport too. Faultless!!

Although we were in this hotel for the first time, this place and the hotel are well known to us. That's why we chose this hotel this time. Servicen riktigt bra. Drickan väldigt bra för att vara all Inclusive. Maten lämnade dock en del att önska som 4stjärnigt hotell. Billigare råvaror än andra motsvarande hotell vi bott på och även om det var en rätt stor variation av rätter så kändes maten inte jättekul. Hotellet i övrigt känns lite gammalt men underhållet. Hissen ner till strandpromenaden helt genialisk. Hade de kunnat förbättra maten hade detta varit ett givet hotell på nästa resa!

This the 3rd time we visited the hotel. Before we were happy with the hotel, but this time we see a hotel, with a lot of improvement tasks: 1. The kitchen is terrible, and all food seems to be prepared by a factory, stored for several days, and then served to the customers. Dry, no taste. We complained also to the Chef. 2. One lift was out of order for at least 9 days. 3. Towels were old, and outwashed. 4. Cockroaches in the corridores. 5. The people working there looks unhappy. 6. With the current management, not to be recommended in the future.

The floors of the room was super dirty. On second day had to call reception to get it cleaned then saw the guy do it and for a large room he just put the mop in the bucket once and cleaned the entire room without repotting the mop in the bucket which explains it. Nice facilities for children, close to angry bird park, at dinner you have to pay for water and you also have to pay to use the safe which is ridiculous. But nice view, great pool, great activities for children. The sea room view are great.

We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles.
