Zimmer mit angemessener Größe, Frühstück gut. Aber immer das gleiche. Pool kalt, Sauna gut. Leider war die Dampfsauna defekt. Top ist die Lage, nah zur Stadt und Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe.

This is a nice hotel with friendly/helpful staff however the infrastructure is getting a bit tired. A lot could/should be improved if the staff cleaning the rooms linked better to management/maintenance. How can a bed which is missing legs and rocks like a dingy be made up twice and know-one reports this problem? Likewise how can you clean a shower and fail to notice (and report) that the shower head holder is missing? The front desk staff tried to help but moving rooms twice in one week was not ideal The other real issue is that both the outside pool and roof seating area were closed for the duration of our stay - If a significant facility like a pool/roof terrace is closed please amend your entry online so customers are aware. More attention to detail and effort to identify faults and get them fixed!

Wir waren zu dritt in diesem Hotel und es war wirklich super. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, das Housekeeping und die Restaurantmitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr belebtem Gebiet, wo man sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zum Großen Basar, zur Galata Brücke und auch zu diversen Moscheen kann man laufen. Es gibt aber auch unweit vom Hotel eine Metrostation, wo man auch schnell überall hinkommt. Sollten wir nochmal nach Istanbul kommen, werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Das einzige, was schade ist, dass die Öffnungszeiten vom Pool auf dem Dach nur von 10-18 Uhr sind. Daher haben wir leider nicht einmal geschafft den Pool zu testen. Sonst war alles super.

Had to book this a short notice as first Hotel was truely dreadful. However inital relief was short lived as breakfast had no gluten free or vegan options at all. I am celioac it was a shame not even a good range of fresh fruit. Which mean I just could eat was an undercooked fried egg and some sliced grapefruit, lack of english meant that the eggs were always undercooked with 2 yokes so really horrible. Wide selection if you have no diet issues though. No decaff coffee or tea either. Had 2 rooms one view onto street facing TK max clothes shops played music till 11pm garden side was better but double bed in that was rock solid. The pool was tiny and cold really just a splash pool and quite grubby, we both got covid during our stay, most of the staff were coughing a lot across the hotel, and you couldn't buy covid tests which prob added to the issues. The towels in the spa used to lie on smelled unclean in the massage room. The rooms were well cleaned each day.The paid resturant couldn't have been more unhelpful, the only option was avocardo salad with the smallest amount in it, def not a main meal at all. The location was ok for the tube 2 stops to what turned out to be the much better side of the city for tourists, far more to see and do, across the river far more interesting to walk around. This hotel was handy for trams to major sites in the old town and the bazzar though. It felt safe enough the area was ok at lot of smaller hotels but would not rush back.

Super dejligt hotel i den gamle bydel af Istanbul. Tæt på Metro-station. Dejlig service fra personalet. God rengøring, men lidt slidt nogle steder. Man kunne mærke at det var begyndelsen af sæsonen. Lidt service og vedligehold af værelset kunne trænge. Det havde været rigtigt dejligt, hvis der havde været adgang til tagterrassen.

While the staff were exceptional, our stay was disappointing. The AC did not work, wifi was only accessible from reception, the roof top pool was closed for maintenance, and our room leaked from a vent in the ceiling. We were disappointed after three weeks of fantastic hotels to conclude our vacation this way.

Hotel needs upgrade. Rooms are very old and outdated, carpet is dirty and stained. large selection of breakfast menu but taste is very average. I was disappointed with suhur plate during Ramadan, only a few slices of cheese and bread. However, staff are friendly and helpful. Very good location. close to shopping and metro.

Clean room, great coworkers, good location there was everything you could want for a beautiful coffee in the morning. Would go back again.

Det är svårt att förstå sig på hur vissa hotell får sina stjärnor. Detta är i bästa fall ett 3-stjärnigt hotell. Rummet var ok, när man hade på AC:n luktade det cigarettrök i hela rummet. Frukosten var en besvikelse. Vi beställde väckning och de ringde fel tid, antagligen då personalens engelska var bristfällig. Det bästa var läget, gångavstånd till Bazaren. Området är trevligt, många butiker och restauranger. Poolen var ok.

There was a good breakfast selection and we found the hotel location excellent for the old town tourist attractions. The only minor negative was the late night noise from surrounding bars but this is unavoidable in such a central location and was not overall too detrimental to our stay.

The staff were always friendly and super helpful. Location was good for touring the old town and shopping areas. Plenty of restatement nearby too. Loved being allure to hop on the metro around the corner to go anywhere. No hesitation in recommending this for your stay.

I ragazzi della reception sono stati davvero molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo fatto il check-out alle 4 di mattina senza aver prenotato un transfert per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Il signore alla reception quando ha visto che eravamo sprovvisti di un mezzo, ha provveduto a chiamare un loro taxi di fiducia che è arrivato in pochi minuti anticipandoci già quanto avremmo pagato, circa 35 euro ( la metà di quanto pagammo all’arrivo chiamandolo da soli). Nell’attesa ci hanno anche portato il caffè. L’alloggio è stato molto piacevole. Consiglio la struttura perché sono molto seri, disponibili e gentili. L’albergo si trova in zona ben fornita, a pochi minuti si raggiunge tranquillamente la fermata del tram e con una fermata si raggiunge il Grand Bazar mentre con 2/3 fermate si arriva a Sultanahmet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Würden wir wieder buchen. Alles war sehr gut erreichbar. Das einzige negative war das Taxi vom Hotel zum Flughafen. Bitte unbedingt darauf achten dass das Taxi Klimaanlage hat und Nichtraucher Fahrer ist. Die Rückfahrt war schrecklich. Wir haben uns auch nicht sicher gefühlt, uraltes, dreckiges Taxi. Hinfahrt zum Hotel war perfekt. Sauberes Taxi, Klima, tolle Musik, netter sehr guter Fahrer.
