Malgre avoir présenté tous les documents a notre arrivée notre reservation n'a pas été prise en compte. Nous avons du payer une autre chambre plus cher et moins bien, notamment avec un lit trop petit. L'accueil n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel. De plus la chambre etait vieille et le lit de qulite mediocre. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Our room smelled smoky and this is a nonsmoking hotel. Our room was missing a chair - the chair that should have been in the corner by the floor lamp. When I inquired about it, I was told that the chair must have broken. I asked if a chair could be moved in from another room and the best we could get was another desk chair. The lock on the door to the outside at the end of the hallway was broken and the door could not be locked - great security!! When I asked about it I was told that they knew about it, they had no way to lock it and there was nothing they could do. Really???!!! FYI that end of the building is right next to a bar and grill. We were just told to keep our room door locked, which we always do anyway. Totally unacceptable!

The front desk worker was friendly and worked hard (there was a bit of a rush at check in but he handled it like a pro). At check in, was told that the WiFi did not have a password. But it did require a password so unable to use. Breakfast was really delicious, but all the towels were stained so that was a little yucky. The room was quiet and felt clean and well-kept.
