Great room and hotel. Good parking and close to resturants. Good fitness room. Unfortunately no swimming pool.

I frequent this Holiday Inn never had a problem, always clean great staff friendly. Hotel is clean has a restaurant has a bar. The room is spacious has a little spot where I can print out. My reports that I need. When I am ever in this area, I stay at the Holiday Inn Clark.

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Parking lot was full. No available spots

Stay was great. The only issues we had was the ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work and the ice machine on the 6th floor had no ice. The entire hotel had to use the 6th floor. Also I asked for another blanket and the hotel ran out.

Convenient and easy parking

The staff was amazing including the staff at the restaurant and bar. The food was amazing so much that we decided to eat there every night. The only complaint I have is the shower was awful did not like at all

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally spacious. Parking was secure with plenty of space available. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I would gladly choose this hotel again for a future stay.

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't free and the ice machine was out of service on the 4th floor smh

Free parking. Convenient. The gym was 90 degrees ac wasn’t working. The room was clean. You should get plastic forks with salt and pepper in the room.

Clean, food at the restaurant was good. There are Tesla superchargers on property. Convenient

stained towels and bed sheets when we got to the room. was very obvious they don't clean well. most uncomfortable bed and pillows i've ever slept on. all they had was old school cable tv as well on a small tv. hot water in the shower doesn't last very long. pretty disappointing experience overall

Really enjoyed the stay! The location is very convenient with regards to its distance from the highway and restaurants/stores. The room was very clean and spacious as well.

The bathroom was not clean. The vanity had cup rings and splatter that came off when I rubbed it with toilet paper so you know it wasn't cleaned. The floor had crumbs and dust and stuff too. The bed was comfy though. It was a loud location so if you're sensitive to a lot of noise while you sleep, stay somewhere else. Overall I probably would not stay here again.

Too many ants in the room every where… Even in the beds… Both rooms.

Never in over half a century of staying in hotels have I been given a room that was still dirty and unmade from the last guest (or was it still someone else’s room and they gave me a key to their room? Unsafe!) what a poor experience this time around. Shameful.

Hotel is very old and dated. The room was dirty. There were pieces of hair throughout the bathroom. Ants were in the bathroom and carpet. We ended up cancelling the entire stay after the first night.

The room smelled like old dirty socks. They need to steam clean the carpets.

Dining was great! Enjoyed dinner meals & buffet breakfast. Topnotch service & great food! Rooms were super clean & spacious. I appreciate their eco-friendly Dove brand soap & shampoo dispensers, too. 🙂 Nice.

The room was clean and neat. Strong odor in room - air refreshner or pesticide? Small amount of water on top of toilet lid. Sprinkler directly above. Front desk was very cordial and welcoming.

The sheets was dirty upon arrival

The lobby and room decor was nice and the bedding was comfortable. However, the water temperature in the shower was cold or lukewarm and the bathroom sink counter was very small. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was installed too far back from the basin, which resulted in water splashing everywhere. The toilet, tub and floor were stained, One of the towels had a big orange stain and one of the washcloths was ripped and dingy. In conclusion, the price was great.

I didn't like the other guests that decided it was ok to congregate in the hallways at all hours of the night/early morning. One lady was yelling in a megaphone! I know it's not a reflection on the hotel, but I probably wouldn't risk staying there again unless I was on a top floor a long way form the elevator. The wall were paper thin. Not impressed.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Hotel guests on our floor were very loud and woke us up by yelling in the hallway at midnight, 2am and 4am.

Great location for where we needed to be. Hotel is a bit dated could use some updating e.g. drop ceiling and carpeting. But overall clean and comfortable.

The front desk and breakfast area staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet with ample parking. Our king room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice older hotel renovations were nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very tiny and needed to be updated though would stay again

Good location spacious clean room

The rooms are a lot more run down that pictured online.

Woke up to a sauna. The air conditioning stopped working while we were sleeping. Called the front desk but no one came to fix the issue until we were about to check out. The bathtub was stopped up. Water wouldn’t drain

The king size bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet available.

Checked in around 3pm, request for 2 extra pillows were denied. Was told housekeeping staff left for the day. I asked if no one else could help and was told no

I checked in Friday and never received any housekeeping services my entire stay. After bringing it up to the hotel manager, he told me they don’t provide these services to guest and only clean the rooms and provide new towels after check out. He was very rude and demeaning.

Friendly staff, clean room, excellent location

At front desk the guy gave us somebody room key we checked in wrong someone’s room that’s so embarrassing.

Hotel did not honor the request for connecting or even adjoining rooms. Got scolded by staff that we did not inform them of the request by phone and such request was not even made/received. However, when they double checked the reservation details, they located the request - so ended up with a sour, unsubstantiated scolding and rooms on separate floors…

Friendly staff - upgraded room

The staff is fantastic. The room is always clean it’s peaceful. I’ve say their numerous times. And continue to go back because the service staff place is just great. The managers do a phenomenal job

Front desk staff Ms. Garza was rude and unprofessional. One occasion kept eating and stated she didn't get my question rather trying to understand. Another occasion our key stopped working (seemed issue with some other guest at the desk too) and she activated. I informed her Ill bring the other to activate as there were two guests in two queen bedroom. When I went to activate the key she was very rude and stated it deactivated because the first one activated as if it was my fault. I reminded that this is the 2nd key I mentioned and she literally said “you should not need that many keys”. And made more comments. This is unacceptable and i had to explain her there are two guests! There was no water supply for atleast an hour and we were not informed. They fixed it once I called and seems like they were working on it when i called. We put the sign to not clean the room when the cleaning lady did go in and clean the room! Overall worst hotel stay experience.

Room was very clean. Turn down service was great when we came back for day two of our stay. Frond desk was very friendly on all shifts.

Conveniently located about 15 minutes drive to EWR airport. Parking is free compared to other hotels right by the airport. King size bed is comfortable and room is clean and have everything needed.

Convenient area

It's right at Garden State Parkway exit 135, so very convenient to get on the high way.

Not very walkable but there’s quite of the few standard food options there aka Applebees etc…

Stay here a lot. Convenient and safe with plenty of parking.

Great access to the highway and also to Westfield.

Perfect location

It is very convenient and budget saving stay for those who would like to visit New York City and islands near by it. Just few min drive to Rahway train station to catch a train to New York Penn Station at 34th street.

Everything good but food and restaurant

We came for breakfast and it was almost empty. The French toast was cold and the items empty

Our stay was fine and we liked the hotel as well as our room. We did not like that the restaurant/bar was hardly open during our stay as well as the ice machines not working. We had to order through Uber because the restaurant was closed at lunch. Those need to be addressed.

Loud AC. Food very low quality and expensive.

Breakfast was a good deal at $10 for basically all you can eat.

It was a nice pleasant stay. They offered breakfast for $1. The food was a bit cold... but it was only $1.
