I stayed here last weekend and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is very easy to access by car, and the free on-site parking is a great bonus. The staff throughout the hotel were incredible. We were treated to a complimentary breakfast that was absolutely amazing, featuring an excellent variety of choices. They are highly accommodating to dietary needs, offering plenty of vegan options alongside on-request items like porridge and vegan sausages. A special mention goes to Wendy at breakfast, who was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the options suitable for my allergies. The room itself was spacious, and the shower was excellent. I also highly appreciated the convenience of the 24/7 reception and the unrestricted, secure access to the hotel at any hour. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Stay was pretty good, the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful - main downside was bar food was very long wait and my food ( simple jacket potato ) was inedible. Fire alarms were set off my intoxicated guests but no one around to say that's what it was - so from 3am not a lot of sleep.

Apart from a problem with the TV not having any BBC channels and unable to retune it our stay was really good. The swimming pool was very nice, and the breakfast was the best I have for some time. Lots to choose from and all freshly topped up. The park and ride is less than a mile away so access to the town very quick and easy.

We stayed for one night as a family of three. The staff were so nice from arrival to departure. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and it was a happy and relaxed environment. We also found that the member of staff who greeted you when you were swimming was also a really happy, friendly man - these all made such an impact on our stay. I guess the only thing which would have made our stay better would have been a fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool - but the air conditioning was a dream! We would definitely stay again.
