Bright, airy Tiny House, ideal for guests wanting an idyllic stay in a quirky cabin with lake-views. Two mezzanines accessed via ladders contain a double bedroom each, a cosy lounge under one side & bathroom & mini kitchen the other and a Sofa Bed available for additional guests. Enjoy the designer wallpaper & eclectic touches along with Internet enabled TV, music speaker, satellite Wifi for digital nomads & central heating. The Tiny House has an elfin kitchen inside with microwave and hob. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, and in the main area is a sofa bed (bedding under the lift up L on the right) and can be used for people with limited mobility as the other bedrooms are both accessed by ladders. A Spa Deck with Hot Tub & Sauna, and Pizza oven in the shared outdoor courtyard can be booked separately too for a 2 hour session for 40 per person. Coming to stay is like having your own private wildlife park with wandering peacocks, ducks, geese, the occasional swan, pheasant and resident kingfisher. Nature is all around you. The Spa deck is close to the from the Tiny House containing a Hot Tub and Sauna which are bookable for a 2 hour private session in advance. The House has a view directly onto the lake, and in front of it is a tree with a double-decker tree-house which can be used until 8pm which makes for a lovely viewing spot over the South Downs. There are boats available for guests to use at no cost. The site enjoys super-fast Satellite Wifi for those guests who need to keep connected. The village of Henfield is a 20 minute walk away, and the South Downs way (5 minute walk) is an ideal cycle track, taking you towards Partridge Green in one direction and Steynning in the other. There are 3 other units on the property so other guests may be sharing the space.Day guests by prior agreement only. Lawn, lake and courtyard area in front of the accommodation are welcome for use, but yard, barns and other areas out of bounds. Any children must be supervised whilst they play, and all amenities (lake, trampoline, tree-house) are used at your own risk.
