Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati I-275

Couldn't stay. No air conditioning in lobby and it was 93 degrees outside. Also, I chose this place to stay because it had a pool -- BUT, nope. Pool was closed down. FRUSTRATING.

Hotel had a high rating so we came here to stay for a family vacation. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable. Hotel is under renovations which was not mentioned. Hotel pool is ice cold because there’s no heater. Continental breakfast was hardly a breakfast. It was biscuits and gravy with canned gravy, frozen yogurt, cereal, mini muffins, juice and coffee.

Our room needed some basic maintenance - so did the rest of the building - the pool was also pretty green and closed. Breakfast was not great. No fruit at all. Biscuits and gravy for the hot option, but the biscuits were hard. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. This was a fine overnight stay, but it would not have been good if we had been counting on using the ammenities.

Our room had an automatic light that you couldn't shut off. If you got out of bed anytime, yhe light would go on. The pool area is not well maintained and the ceiling has many areas that need help.

The room was dirty. Walking around barefoot my feet became black on the bottom. There were cigarette burns on our bedspread. No sheets for the sofa bed anywhere in the room. There were numerous hairs in the shower. The “heated” pool was ice cold. The air conditioning didn’t work in the bedroom.

Our stay started right out with a awful smell in the halls. Once in the room we found burn holes on both the beds. Just inside the door the ceiling can light was almost ready to fall out of the ceiling and the exhaust fan in the bath was about the same condition. Security latch on the door was also broken. Hair dryer and iron brackets were on the wall but neither item was there. Exercise room was out of order and sign on pool door read " caution unsafe". The exit door by our room had a missing push bar on one side and a bent one on the other. Door mat just inside would not lay flat. It was curled so bad it was a trip hazard. The sitting area outside looked like a garbage dump with trash everywhere. We used the room only because my wife's 85 year old mother was next to us. When checking out we told the desk clerk the issues and all she did smile sad said "sorry". What a mess.

IT IS WAY COOL EVEN A LIL' DATED AND BEING REMODELED JUST VERY COOL TO HAVE TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS ONE LIVING SPACE WITH ITS OWN TV AND ANOTHER WITH AN IN-ROOM JACUZZI HOT TUB. YES, I DID BRING MY OWN CLEANSER AND "CLEANSE" "HER" WELL BUT STILL I LIKE TO BE ON THE SAFER SIDE BUT IT WAS COOL. RealLY WORTH IT AND IN TIME AS THE REMODELING OCCURS IT WILL BE EVEN BETTER MORE LIKE A HONEYMOOON SUITE OR ROMANTIC SUITE SMELLING SWEET LIKE FLOWERS AND WITH LIL' MINTS ON THE PILLOW BUT AS SHE IS NOW SHE IS WORTH THE MONEY. THERE IS A JUNGLE JIM NEARBY AND THE STAFF WERE VERY COOL. THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS ARE LAID BACK AND THERE ARE MANY RESTAURANTS SOME WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE LIKE CRACKER BARREL LiteralLY NEXT STORE AND OTHERS LIKE KFC, TACO BELL, ETC RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. VERY COOL. THE VALUE FOR ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL $40-50 HAVING A FOOSBALL TABLE, LIVING ROOM WITH COUCH AND TV, AN EXTRA LARGE BATHROOM, FULL TUB, SHOWER, TOILET AND A KING SIZE BED AND JACUZZI HOT TUB IN A PRIVATE ROOM PLUS A LITTLE SINK, MICROWAVE, AND REFRIGERATOR THAT ALL WORKED WELL WAS A HUGE VALUE. GREAT JOB NEW OWNERS OF QualiTY INN ..!4! RESPECTfulLY, TRUTH

Whirlpool hot tub in room was dirty and did not work properly, Water was ice cold. Room had a terrible smell. When front desk was approached was told there’s nothing we could do to accommodate you. Terrible experience. Will not visit again or recommend.

Pool was dirty with gibs of hair floating in it. Housekeeping was great! Front desk was great!

This hotel was horrific, roaches and other bugs all over the place. Elevator was disgusting. The beds had stains all over the sheets, stains on the towels. Smoking and loud music on the 3rd floor. We booked for 2 nights, tried to cancel our 2nd night and the staff wouldn't give us a refund. We ended up leaving and will dispute the charge with our credit card company.

From the outside we were pleased as we pulled up to the property. Once in the front door, there was a terrible strong smell of Marijuana and air freshener of some sort. The older gentleman at the front desk was very kind polite and efficient. We opened the door to our king size bed room and immediately were hit with a powerful odour of must. The room and all of its furnishings were tired and had seen better days. The bathroom was scary! Cracked sink, cracked tub, long black hairs strung in the shower and on the floor. There was a patch on the door seeming to have been trying to hide a huge hole. The floor and baseboards were gross! We are just passing through, so we wont be showering here....just somewhere to sleep and start off the next part of our road trip adventure. Unfortunately, i dont feel the rate was worth the experience. The continental breakfast looked very basic and minimal as well.

There was snot and poop on the bathroom walls. It smelled really bad. The floors and counters were dirty.

I’ve stayed at many Quality Inn & Suites and this was the worst I’ve stayed in. Check-in went fine until the clerk loudly announced not only what room I was in, but also the exact directions on how to get there. As a woman I do find that unsafe and I’ve found most hotels just right the number on the card envelope, a practice I find safer and appreciate. The room I was originally placed in was poorly cleaned, hair on both beds above and below blanket and both sheets had holes, I couldn’t tell if they were burns from the dryer or something else. When I asked for a different room and the number to not be said out loud the clerk had an attitude and couldn’t understand why that announcing the room number is a safety concern. The second room was also poorly cleaned with blood stains on the blanket (which the front desk said was simply rust when a request was made for a new blanket) same burn marks on the sheets, floor unswept, and what appears to be a Brillo pad spackled to the bathtub. The bathroom pipes began leaking the second night. The breakfast was dry mini-muffins, greasy gravy and a single waffle maker. No juice or fruit in sight. The fire alarm being pulled at 4am by a guest wasn’t even the worse part of the stay.

Staff member was courteous and friendly. The room had an old smell of smoke imo, there was black hairs in the shower and shower wall that were not from myself or friend (both females) there were hairs and what appeared to be very small drips of blood on the side of sink. Grossed me out. Beds were fine (double bed ) floor seemed dusty and that grossed me out as well. Continental breakfast was a good selection and yummy. Pool and gym were not in service either :( Thank you.

Really dirty, run down property. Broken furniture, disgusting air conditioning unit, filter was half inch thick with crud. Really dirty public areas. Not worth the price. Terrible.

The guy at check-in was nice but that was about the only positive experience we had. The door to our room was missing a hinge, there was a hair clip on the floor (big enough that if the room had been thoroughly cleaned it would have for sure been picked up). There was hair on the bed sheets, what to looked to be mold on multiple parts of the walls (underneath the desk and underneath the sink in the bathroom), a constantly running toilet and a dirty floor. We wound up leaving the property without even trying to get our money back because we just wanted out.

Found bed bug. Stains on sheets and comforter. Ragged and torn furniture in lobby.

I would stay here again. The room, lobby, pool, and breakfast areas were all clean. There's a slight marijuana smell when I walked in but not strong or surprising. Bed was okay, not sure what was up with the mini fridge since not really cold. The Wi-Fi network was not found when I search for it on my phone.

First room had a horrific smell coming from the bathroom, and a terrible drywall patch job on the ceiling, 2nd room the furniture was old and out dated, overall place is average but needs a makeover, UPDATE EVERTHING

Hands down best suite with the hot tub in the room I been to in awhile

Room needed a lot of fixes. Nightstands coming off wall. Base pulled away from wall. Toilet paper holder taped into vanity with electrical tape. Stopper out of sink laying on vanity I checked in early based on weather and travel and while I understand a fee to do so I don’t expect to get a substandard room because of it

Room very clean but the smell of fabuloso extremely strong too strong. Very noisy all night long. Could not get any rest. Could not wait to get home.

Very noisy, heard voices and footsteps all night. The room we were in sounded like it was next to laundry room and heard washer/dryer in early morning.

One of the smallest TV's I'm used to seeing a hotel room any longer. However the main problem with the TV/room was that some light fixtures were missing bulbs and some of the light fixtures were missing lamp shades, namely two light fixtures immediately to the left and right of the TV that make it uncomfortable to view with them on. Aside from that the hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, and the area surrounding is easy to find good food in.

Hotel is dated. Our bathroom door barely shut and the noise from outside the room was very loud all night! Also, the only night stand in the room was falling off the wall and every time we put the tv remote on it, it rolled off! The staff was nice and the room was clean.

We stayed here for one night to visit the Cincinnati Zoo. The hotel location was good but the room not so much. We stayed in room 321. The floor was so dirty 5 minutes with no socks my feet were black, The safe was broken, the fridge was loud, the motion sensor light was broke and stayed on all night making it hard to sleep. Bed was actually comfy. All in all it was ok for 1 night. Would not wanted to stay longer.

In our room, the night stands on both sides of bed were not installed properly. You couldn't set anything on it because it just slid off.

Clean room. Staff (Ray especially) friendly. Decor in halls and lobby could use some updating. Elevator looked like it had seen much better days.

Wonderful staff

Rooms were not clean, we had bathtubs with stains in them, our room had an opened soap, and the fridge wasn’t cold. The front desk gentleman Ray was very helpful and polite and allowed us to pick the room we wanted after that. Unfortunately the next rooms didn’t have very cold fridges and also had the same bathtub problem. Some smelled heavily of smoke. We picked the best one out of our options but it felt like the lesser of 3 evils. The outside property was fine, and parking was easy, we could walk our dog easily, and all the staff was friendly. The rooms themselves and the inside were just not well kept or cleanly. Probably won’t stay there again if we go back to the area for another conference.

I did not enjoy my stay. The lobby was ver hot, the man behind the desk spoke very poor English and double charged me. The room was moderately clean but the AC did not work. The water took several minutes to heat up. Just an overall bad experience.

The night shift workers are horrible and don’t know anything and really are of no help

The property had trash everywhere in the back of the hotel. My shower knob was broken in the bathroom. There was bugs found in the room. I barely even stayed in it. The front desk staff was rude and belittle customers and guests. I checked out early. I would NEVE!!!’ stay at this property again.

Rude, disrespectful, common area and many rooms had no A/C, common area smelled like bleach and mold. My room was in disrepair. I checked out constant with family. Clerk disrespectfully grilled me like I was a child, demanding explanations as to why and asking if I “messed up the bed”. This property needs to be removed from hotels.com list and the health department needs to inspect them and shut them down.

Stay Dates: [7/24/25-7/26/25] Location: [quality inn forest park OH] TRAVELER’S BEWARE !!!!!! I had a disturbing experience at this hotel that left me feeling unsafe and dismissed. After briefly stepping out to check breakfast, (Horrible, water down everything) I returned to find my Lysol, room spray, and wallet missing from my room. Housekeeping was nearby but hadn’t cleaned my room—trash and towels were untouched. I hadn’t used my wallet since check-in, and I know exactly where I left it: in my purse. I reported this to the manager, but instead of taking it seriously, he quickly defended his staff even tho i never accused them, he stayed on his phone, occasionally on the computer then fast-forwarded security footage on his phone, and told me to call the police “if I trusted them.” I returned to my room, checked again, I found the missing items in a duffel bag I never use for chemicals or my wallet. I didn’t put them there. I felt violated and anxious the rest of my stay. This experience was unacceptable. Guests should feel safe, heard, and respected. I won’t return

Sheets were dirty and stained, the area felt unsafe and right next to an abandoned mega mall, the place looks nothing like in the photos, and they were very slow at the desk. Also someone was smoking even though it was a no smoking hotel and I have bad asthma so we had to leave and go to another hotel.

The place is do for a makeover! It's got some wear and tear on her and is a bit outdated. No rugs in the room and the floor felt like it had some kind of residue on it, probably from the cleaner used on it. Room was pretty clean on the whole. Bed wasn't made very well; staff should be better trained as how to properly make a bed. It looked like the sheets and blankets were just thrown on the bed and half tucked in. Parking was free and easy. The hotel sits directly behind a Frick's Big Boy restaurant. Other eating establishments and stores are a short trip. I wasn't staying there for long and it well suited my needs. The man at the check-in was very helpful! I needed a page in my email copied but they didn't have a business station computer and printer so I could access it. He let me email his personal account (it was just an email confirmation for a show I was going to) using my cell phone and he printed it up at the counter. This saved me a lot of hassle the following day and I really appreciated the help!

Easy to get to located close to food and shopping

Very dirty, floor and carpet is old and did not appear to be swept at all. There was food on the floor along with trash and dirt. The entire place reeked of marijuana. Upon entering our room, there were a cigarette butt on the floor, it was supposed to be a smoke free facility. Cigarette burns on the comforter, crinkled up and used tissues along with leftover food. I went to discuss this with the front desk, and all they said was we can’t do anything about it will let housekeeping know. Unhelpful front desk. The ice machine area had the hall wall blown out, it was covered with plastic wrap, and there was drywall all over the floor. The weight room says broken, and blocked off with boards. The continental breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. They made gravy and put it in a crockpot along with biscuits out of a bag. No fresh fruit, no yogurt no eggs nothing healthy. The location is questionable as well. A lot of of people hanging out in the streets and around the hotel. A very unsafe feeling. The curtains in our room were falling off the hooks and broken as well. The hairdryer had lint and all sorts of hair wrapped up in the back vent. The floor caulking was all pulled up and brown, looked like mold, please I beg you do not stay at this place unsafe, unhelpful, and by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed on the road

I like the property, because all of my favorite restaurants are all in one area. And the highway is just a half a block away.

Convenient location. Gentleman at the desk was very nice and friendly. As soon as you entered the hotel, it smelled like pot. Went for breakfast and everything was gone. Saw someone walking out with a huge plateful. It was a decent place to lay your head at night for the price.

Overall you get what you pay for. For pros the hotel has good rates, very nice pool, good location, good clean rooms and warm shower. For cons the hotel smells of weed, breakfast is below average, reported room issue and nothing came out of it, refrigerator temp is not to cold and requires adding ice to keep it cold, fitness center is just a few cardio machines, workers seem disinterested in working there, and hotel interior is outdated. Would not recommend to stay here unless you need somewhere ok and at low cost.

It was quiet

The room was nice with hard wood flooring and floating beds. But the shower was not as nice. The shower head was broken, long hair found in the shower and countertops, and the toilet didn't flush good. That to hold the handle down and flush twice for a complete flush. The continental breakfast was not that great either. The only thing served hot was sausage and gravy. No eggs to go along with it.

Bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast choices including waffles. Close to the high way and restaurants. Older hotel but staff cleaning and keeping up.

All the food was gone from the breakfast at 7:15 and it started at 7. I choose this hotel specificially so I would not have to worry about breakfast in the morning

They overbilled the stay by about $20, the reservation had already been made through Expedia and included all taxes and fees. They were also reusing perishable breakfast foods in the dining area from day to day. Guests were being served food that had been left out overnight.

We booked four rooms and was able to have rooms right next to each other. The check in person was very personable. Hot breakfast was great to have also.
