The hotel definitely needs to be updated. That being said, the room was very clean as was the pool area and pool itself. Hotel seemed a bit short staffed but everyone worked very hard to keep the guests happy. So I’d stay there again for those reasons. Location was fantastic as well.

The hotel is nice but older. The electrical outlets were hard to get to and the ones in the lights didn’t work. There was no AC in the gym. Service was good. Everyone was friendly. Hotel needs some upgrades but otherwise okay.

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. Pleasantly surprised they had a great restaurant on property. So convenient after traveling several hours and not having to get in the car to find a place to eat. Full bar, tasty lamb chops, excellent wealthy rice bowl wit choice of toppings. I chose shrimp. The other topping options were chicken and steak. Our room had 2 TVs! One in the living room area, one in the bedroom. A large door can be closed to separate the areas. Perfect for a family with children. The other bonus was its pet friendly, so we could bring our cat. We got 2 coupons for free breakfast, valued at $21 each! If we’d stayed another night, they’d offered free drink coupons for the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice of bagels, toast, juices, fresh berries, boxed cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt. Other choices were creamy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and French toast. We highly recommend this hotel. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very hard working and a real team effort!

Booked through Expedia Just the Worst…For 21 days I had to endure the worst conditions…Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. This property doesn’t meet the basic Standard for a Double Tree…This Blue Ash Property is in such poor conditions, Black Mold in the showers, Bloody Hazmat Splatted on Drapes, Nasty and Dated interior, tv’s inop in suite, not enough staffing to offer meal service and Gym equipment in operable, washing Facility in operative. Only saving grace were Some of the Staff ( Some)

Ultimately was a nice stay perfect especially if you wanna spend a few nights somewhere or need to for a trip. The amenities are a little lackluster and room service availability is not necessarily 24 hours. Some of the appliances and outlets in the room are not in the best condition, but the staff were super friendly and we left with a relatively positive experience.

This was a last minute "get away for the evening" . The Bistro dinner was amazing (even though i had to change my order do to oack of product) a few dollars was taken off of my meal fir the inconvenience. The complimentary breakfast buffet tickets were a vere nice touch. Wish the cookies had of been done this morning so i could have purchased some to take eith me😋

It was dirty everywhere and always smelled like marijuana. Prices too high for snacks and the breakfast for what was offered. The hallways were freezing (Airconditioning was on when the temps outside called for heat) and one stairwell (we used because we had a dog) had a heater that was broken and VERY hot entry #4 2nd floor.

Our room smelt so bad like mould and dampness. There were air fresheners and a candle (that had been lit previously) around the room. The sheets were actually damp and the smell was so bad I had to take my puffer numerous times. Never again.

The staff here were super nice, but other than that, our stay was terrible. Once we got to our room and pulled out the pullout couch bed there was no bedding on the mattress. The mattress itself was so dirty and had stains, food crumbs and was falling apart. The phone had no numbers on it to get a hold of the front desk so we had to walk downstairs and when I asked if we could get a replacement, we were told unfortunately they had no rooms and couldn’t move us.My kids had to sleep on that bed and we had no other option because it was almost 11 at night. The bathroom was dirty, the paint is peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet ran on and off the whole time we were in there and at one point clogged so we had to call somebody to unclog it The lamps in the one room were both leaning and broken. The room was huge, much bigger than I expected, The property seems to be in dire need of some maintenance. The toilet often needed me to remove the lid and adjust. All electrical plugs were sloppy. There was a lack of enough electrical plugs.

Room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa... request for bedding was not received. The hotel was booked with a conference and was not staffed to accommodate the bookings. However, the cookies were warm, easy check in and check out process. I would stay here again.

Everything was outdated. Only about half of the outlets in the room actually worked. Carpet was dirty. Mattresses was too hard and pillows too soft. Shower door was impossible to close all the way, shower door handle was loose. Toilet rocked on the floor. Bathroom door latch was installed incorrectly, leading to me cutting my thumb open. Staff was lovely, room was a complete disappointment.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. First night stay tvs didnt work so they had to move us the next day to another room. Needs more security around entrance doors at the back of the building, somewhat dark and there were young men back there smoking dope. Also found plastic bags of pot in a tree next to the door while walking my dog. Definitely needs lighting and security cameras. Room was clean but a little outdated. Signs in the parking lot states park at your own risk..enough said..I expected more from a Hilton Hotel.

Front desk staff was sitting in back room looking at mobile phone every time we came to the desk. We made multiple requests for bedding for the sofa bed and were promised it was on the way. Approaching bedtime, my wife finally tracked down someone who got us bedding. No sense of urgency by staff.

I checked in at 7pm ish and the 2nd shift Front desk staff (Ava and Shay I believe were thier names) were fantastic. They had to turn people away that had booked rooms already through 3rd parties. They were put in an impossible position and handled it with grace and confidence. I would not want my employer to put me in the impossible position they were in but they handled it PERFECTLY!

I checked in at 7pm ish and the 2nd shift Front desk staff (Ava and Shay I believe were thier names) were fantastic. They had to turn people away that had booked rooms already through 3rd parties. They were put in an impossible position and handled it with grace and confidence. I would not want my employer to put me in the impossible position they were in but they handled it PERFECTLY!

I was booked to stay from October 5th - October 6th. Upon arrival I was told they over booked and my room was no longer available. To rectify this situation they told me to book another hotel and they would cover the cost. So I booked another hotel, (paying out of my pocket) showed the receptionist the receipt and confirmation and she took my information so they could mail me a cheque for the cost of the new room. I was told I should receive it in 5-7 days. It’s now been 13 days and I have received nothing. To make matters worse this was after an 8 hour drive. This is the most unprofessional establishment that I ever been too. And would highly recommend not booking here.

No offer to use the phone or lobby computer to call around or online to find another hotel, no “sorry this happened”, nothing but a blank stare and advised me contact Expedia and not use a third party again. Horrible situation and truly could have been handled so many different ways.

This property was in a good location. Easy access off the highway. The grounds were clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful but the restaurant was really understaffed. They had a bus group in the hotel and they required more assistance so one person working in the restaurant wasnt the best option for others to eat there.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. That being said, the room was very clean as was the pool area and pool itself. Hotel seemed a bit short staffed but everyone worked very hard to keep the guests happy. So I’d stay there again for those reasons. Location was fantastic as well.

Hotel: We drove in front out of town. We ordered a room online. Paid for it on line. When we arrived, the computer was down. We had proof of our reservation but the young lady said she couldn’t let us get in the room. We needed to get dressed for an event. Finally we were able to quickly get ready. Restuarant: we ordered a glass of wine. Wine was flat. We ordered Fanta soda, taste weak. Multiple food items listed on menu were not available. We ordered hamburgers & fries, bang, bang shrimp. hamburgers, fries, bang bang shrimp taste good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel has a lot of potential, people were nice.

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. Pleasantly surprised they had a great restaurant on property. So convenient after traveling several hours and not having to get in the car to find a place to eat. Full bar, tasty lamb chops, excellent wealthy rice bowl wit choice of toppings. I chose shrimp. The other topping options were chicken and steak. Our room had 2 TVs! One in the living room area, one in the bedroom. A large door can be closed to separate the areas. Perfect for a family with children. The other bonus was its pet friendly, so we could bring our cat. We got 2 coupons for free breakfast, valued at $21 each! If we’d stayed another night, they’d offered free drink coupons for the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice of bagels, toast, juices, fresh berries, boxed cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt. Other choices were creamy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and French toast. We highly recommend this hotel. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very hard working and a real team effort!

When I initially reserved my room through Expedia, it stated that breakfast was included (it was highlighted in red) at the property each morning. When I went down for breakfast on the morning of 7/26/24, I was told by the hotel restaurant staff that I needed coupons for breakfast. I went to the front desk and was told that breakfast wasn't included and that the Expedia website was notorious for falsely stating that breakfast was included. Needless to say, that was one of the factors in deciding to reserve a room at the property, and feel grossly misled as did another couple we were traveling with. I feel I should be refunded $20.00 plus taxes for the two mornings I had to pay out of pocket from being misled.

This was a last minute "get away for the evening" . The Bistro dinner was amazing (even though i had to change my order do to oack of product) a few dollars was taken off of my meal fir the inconvenience. The complimentary breakfast buffet tickets were a vere nice touch. Wish the cookies had of been done this morning so i could have purchased some to take eith me😋

The elevator got stuck on the third floor, I wouldn’t go down. The door wouldn’t shut it was making a weird noise so I took the stairs and told the front desk guy. Got to the room, the phone looked like it was from 1977. Plugged into the wall, but no activity could not call down to the front desk to ask them why the TV were so bad. The guides and remotes were horrible. Couldn’t believe it was a Hilton honestly, the rest of the hotel seemed very nice but the TV and channel guide and remote could not find any ESPN channels had to click 1 million times.

The hotel was under construction, however that was not the real problem. Our first night, we were put in a room that was filthy, and not from construction. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The carpet and walls were stained, no mattress pad on the bed, mirrors missing from the bathroom, the TVs didn't work nor did the hair dryer. Luckily, we were able to change rooms the next day to a room that had partially been remodeled but was still very dirty in my opinion and not from construction. With the exception of the front desk person and the bartender, the staff was not overly friendly.

I always have a great stay here, but this time the remote in the living room turned on the tv in the bedroom and the one in the bedroom didn't work at all. The WiFi wasn't recognizing my name and room number, I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn't work. The bathroom mat wasn't there. So we had to use a towel which took away from the towels for our bodies.
