Amazing stay. Front desk and staff so friendly and accommodating. Go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Bedding very comfortable. A+ for the hot tub and pool, perfect temp and well maintained. Standard breakfast buffet. Hot and fresh. One of the the best places I have stayed at in a long time. A++ to the staff.

The personnel at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. It is a really nice hotel. It was comfortable and roomy. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My family enjoyed that for a solid 2 hours.

Really a good place with nice rooms and a functional small gym, pool, hot tub. The breakfast selection was surprisingly good with standard good old American fare, make your own waffles, but also yogurt and granolas. Places to grab dinner within about 2 miles.

All the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and pleasant, the beds were all comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and had many choices. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Our family recommends this hotel!

There is really nothing unique about the property. It was newer looking and appeared clean. Unfortunately the smoking section was right out the front door so you had to pass through a smelly cloud of smoke to go in and out of the building. Also, I noticed some dry blood on the bed spread in our room. It was not mine.

The hotel is nice but the WiFi isn’t great and I found a couple hairs in the show that were not mine (I’m blonde and they were black). But ever all supper clean and nice and there was everything i could think of Provided for me 😊

Dead bugs in the room, a strong odor, you can see into the room from the peep hole without even trying. The bathroom door was clearly an attempt to fix the bottom hinge so it wouldn’t shut properly or lock.

Everyone was so friendly! The front desk staff was super helpful and patient! The breakfast was really good. Everything was fresh and there were lots of options. Coffee and fresh cookies all day, every day. The lady who worked the breakfast room was lovely and did a beautiful job making sure that everything was refilled promptly. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nobel U10 travel baseball team stayed the same night and made the experience for all other guests miserable. Multiple complaints were made to hotel staff about parents not supervising kids in pool and being unsafe. The staff should have kicked them out of pool area after parents did nothing but did nothing. Baseball parents continued their party in the parking area past midnight with kids running in and out and playing music from their cars.

Stacey at the front desk was amazing at check-in. Very polite, friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and was very helpful and informed when asking for recommendations for gluten-free dining options for our granddaughter with Celiac disease who was traveling with us. Although she was extremely busy, she called our room later to ensure everything was satisfactory. She gets 5 stars!!! All of the staff was very friendly.

All of the staff were very friendly, from check-in to check-out. Desk, food service, cleaners all very friendly. Stayed there for a family ski trip to saddleback about an hour away. I’m told it is centrally located to Sunday River and Sugar Loaf as well. When we come back to the area we would stay here again.

Quaint little hotel. Very close to the hospital. We stayed for a night when we had a sick relative in the ICU nearby. Everyone was friendly, breakfast was good. Everything was clean.

We enjoyed an overnight stay recently on our way to Sugarloaf. The facility was clean and modern with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast included. There's a great Italian restaurant (Calzolaio Pasta Co.) just 4 miles away if you want more than the fast food options a few blocks away. We were able to be at Sugarloaf 45 minutes after leaving in time for first tracks. Will definitely stay here again if needed when visiting friends or attractions in the area.

Clean and well kept property & room. They only do up the rooms after guests check out. This is a holdover from Covid used as an excuse not to do daily cleaning. I was ok with it but not everyone would be. The breakfast was very good. The lady that keeps it clean is unbelievable. Non-stop cleaning for the 1/2 hour 45 minutes we were there. Every day during our stay. She's a keeper!

All the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and pleasant, the beds were all comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and had many choices. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Our family recommends this hotel!

Front desk at check in was friendly. It exceeded our expectations for a small town hotel in the middle of no where. Good hot breakfast was included which was a bonus.

Our accessible room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean & spacious allowing plenty of space for my husband to easily move around with his walker. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise as there was more selection than I had expected. We did not use any of the amenities - but noted the pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance until the end of August. The staff was exceptional - very professional, friendly, helpful, pleasant. We will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it to others.

This check in i went to use my husband's card as I have done in the past without issue and they were adamant the person on the card needed to be there with a id to verify. I ordered our room online and my card is on that. And when we check out we alway
