Comfortable room. Clean. Very quiet. Large shower. Separate vanity that allows someone to get ready while someone else is showering. The ability to control the temp in the room was awesome! Friendly staff. Easy and close parking.

I didn't know we had to pay for parking per day until we arrived there. Plus, we had to ask for towels before we left the room to do our activities for the day. When we got back they still didn’t get towels so I had to call and ask again. Great breakfast! Overall, nice hotel and great location.

Was not happy about the hidden fees connected to this property. When I checked in I was charged a 20$ "incidentals" fee, which is fine but I had the day before stayed in another Springhill suites hotel in a different city which did not charge that. Additionally, the hotel had a very small parking lot with an attached parking garage which cost $10 per night. I was told that parking would be free if we found an open spot in the small parking lot, which I did, however I was charged for parking anyway after I had left and was emailed a receipt.

I drive an electric car and we have a small dog. So the 2 criteria I use in searching Hotels.com are 1) Pet Friendly and 2) Electric Vehicle Charging. This hotel met both in the search.... it was neither. Not only was the $150.00 pet fee not disclosed on the listing, but there is little area for pets. And the only place to charge an electric car is at the apartment complex next door. And only if it is not occupied. The gentleman checking us in said that we could just go down the street a little if the one at the apartment complex was not available. The nearest chargers were level 2 chargers at a BMW dealership and a Mini dealership over a mile away. That being said, the hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Just wanted a cozy place to call home base while we checked out the zoo and shops, so we got a King Suite with a sofa. Seemed ideal. Unfortunately, the bed had long hair in it, and the shower was strangely greasy. We left when we found pubic hair stuck to the toilet seat…. I shouldn’t have to clean, before my wife can use the toilet. Beautiful room, but the grime made it hard to unwind and feel comfortable, so we checked out very early, same day. Hoped for better, Marriott.

We did not like this hotel. The hotel rules are not customer focused. The rooms are not well designed. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled of mildew. Couldn’t see the tv from the bed. No way to charge device on one side of the bed. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were thin. The staff was rude. The toilet was dirty as was the shower. The shower was also weak. The fridge was off and took forever to cool our soda. The water from the sinks tasted bad. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Great space on this ADA room. However the bathroom was a weird, inefficient, unsanitary design. The sink was outside the door (which was hung on the wrong side) so my wheelchair user son had to come out, move away from door, close it then go to sink to wash his hands. Gross! It would have been better to include the sink area IN the bathroom and re-design the layout. Breakfast was adequate, nothing spectacular. Ran out of scrambled eggs at 8:30-8:45 & never re-filled. Unsatisfactory.

This hotel was just okay. The rooms were quite small for a family of 5, the sheets wouldn't stay on the beds which kind of grossed me out a bit as we kept waking up laying on the mattress instead of a sheet...if it happened to us I'm sure it happened to others.... most of the ice machines weren't working. Also, the keycards constantly deactivate if you put it near a phone, key fob, even a credit card. We had to get new key cards 3 times in 3 days. It was clean, temperatures were comfortable in the rooms, main lobby got pretty warm but we went during a heat wave, staff was nice, breakfast was pretty good. All in all, it was okay.

Half the suite didn’t have any lighting except for a mini reading light attached to the headboard, so it was hard to see at night. The worst part was the bed. I’m not a picky person and don’t notice beds much, but it was so cheap and uncomfortable I slept on the floor and got an hour of sleep. Spare sheets had some sort of oil all over them. The tv was located in between rooms, with a partition wall ending right in front of it. Very inconvenient layout. The bathroom door is frosted glass, so if anyone pees at night with the light on, the light shines straight on two beds. First time I’ve ever given a hotel a negative review. Staff was nice, though. It also felt safe there.

Reservation was in my name but I couldn’t make the trip. My husband tried to check in and the front desk person said I needed to call to add husband to the reservation. The agent I got on the phone when calling the number the front desk gave me was rude and not helpful. I gave reservation number which he could locate but he said he couldn’t add my husband because I booked through Expedia. I said I was 6 hours from my husband and he’s there to check in and I was told to call this number. He again said he couldn’t help me. I contacted my husband cell number and the agent at the front desk was able to get him added. Why was that so hard? Why couldn’t she had done that first of all instead of having to contact the rude man I got when I called?

We showed up early and they accommodated us with an early check in. They front desk staff was so helpful with ideas of sights to see. The breakfast area and the breakfast set up was one of the nicest I have ever seen. The beds were so comfy, the room was beautiful and the hotel was really quiet.

Staff was wonderful, my son wet the bed and one associate came up and was going to change the bed but then decided we needed a new room. Kept us on the same floor and made the transfer easy!

Staff was wonderful, my son wet the bed and one associate came up and was going to change the bed but then decided we needed a new room. Kept us on the same floor and made the transfer easy!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room layout is especially conducive to a good night's sleep. Everything was very clean and the beds & pillows were quite comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful reception and housekeeping staff... kudoos on excellence. Hotel was immaculately clean. Neighborhood lacks for decent restaurants and none in hotel. Breakfast offered by hotel is spectacular. A map for guests of nearby decent restaurants (other than fast food) would be a nice touch.

Great space on this ADA room. However the bathroom was a weird, inefficient, unsanitary design. The sink was outside the door (which was hung on the wrong side) so my wheelchair user son had to come out, move away from door, close it then go to sink to wash his hands. Gross! It would have been better to include the sink area IN the bathroom and re-design the layout. Breakfast was adequate, nothing spectacular. Ran out of scrambled eggs at 8:30-8:45 & never re-filled. Unsatisfactory.

We showed up early and they accommodated us with an early check in. They front desk staff was so helpful with ideas of sights to see. The breakfast area and the breakfast set up was one of the nicest I have ever seen. The beds were so comfy, the room was beautiful and the hotel was really quiet.

First of all, Steven at the front desk was wonderful upon check in. He was so very helpful and a pleasure to talk with about our upcoming visit. And the man who checked us out was equally as great. Along with that, our room was very clean (we always get a room with a foldout couch for better sleep for all) and it worked perfect for our family. It was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty of protein, carb, and fruit choices. Also, several gluten free options! There really was quite a variety of foods and the staff kept it all stocked well. The location was very convenient to the highway. We spent our days downtown mostly so having that access was perfect. There is a Walmart and Sam’s right across the street for anything you might have forgotten! The area wasn’t necessarily pretty, but we felt safe. We would highly recommend!

When we travel into the Saint Louis area, my wife and stay at the Springhill suites. It's easy. When you find a hotel that consistently offers great service, goes above and beyond, and has really knowledgeable staff, you know you are going in the right direction. I do want to ask if they might find different pillows though. lol These are really big and we had to remove them to sleep. I know thy have them to offer that special touch, but ouch. I will be staying here again on future trips. I highly recommend the hotel. Oh yes, it way better than staying in downtown St. Louis. Quick connection to downtown but not nearly as crazy!

The room was clean and staff very nice! It was more the hotel. Walls were paper thin. I thought the guy next door was in hallway on phone but when I got up he was in his room next door:( . We also had a king size bed and no nightstand next to bed for water, plug ins for phone. Staff very nice to help us move to two queen beds with table in the middle.

We absolutely loved our stay here we traveled from PA to see Noah Kahan. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and our room especially the beds were comfy. The room was spacious. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Loved it here!!! It is also surrounded by tons of things and close to the city. Wasn’t a lot of parking out front but there was a garage which was great! Highly recommend.
