All staff was really very kind, it's restaurant is one of the best in even when bar may can be improved as well as machines at gym zone, but is an excellent option to know the historic zone in a safe, clean an well attended location.

The hotel was in Pelourinho area. We were able to walk around and see the touristic sites all around. Rooms were clean and quiet. We had an upgrade from the owner which was very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. Breakfast included fruits, juices, omelettes. People in the reception were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Fantastique, emplacement parfait au cœur de pelhourino à quelques pas de la cathédrale, dans un centre animé par les nombreux artisan… terrasse panoramique, petite piscine très agréable avec vue imprenable sur la baie, cuisine locale parfaite et un service au top!

No final de nossas férias, decidimos pernoitar em Salvador. Como tivemos pouco tempo para aproveitar a cidade, a hospedagem nesse hotel foi estratégica e devo confessar que superou todas as expectativas! Acomodação extremamente confortável, com higiene impecável, café-da-manhã delicioso e tratamento acolhedor, sem contar a proximidade de restaurantes muito bem avaliados! Vale super a pena! PS: a impossibilidade de adentrar com veículos particulares na região do Pelourinho é contornada com a existência de estacionamento próximo. Voltaremos, certamente!

Adorei minha estadia no Amaralindo! Atendimento excelente, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, boa localização, limpo, bem organizado, tudo funciona, enfim, muito bom. Conta com janelas e portas anti-ruído, determinantes para a minha escolha. O único ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã, repetitivo. Maior variedade de opções seria ótimo para quem fica períodos maiores.

This is a boutique hotel in the center of the historic section of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good - offering local dishes. The renovation of the building is documented in a book of before and after pictures and quite interesting. The staff a terrific - friendly, helpful, always available. We had several changes for our flight into the city and they were so responsive about having a driver meet us at the airport. Highly recommend.

O hotel está localizado no coração do Pelourinho, então bastava uma pequena caminhada para chegarmos ao meio da festa. Além disso, os principais pontos turísticos são todos de fácil acesso, como o Mercado Modelo e o bairro de Santo Antônio. O conforto do quarto era perfeito, com camas confortáveis e lençóis de alta qualidade. O banheiro era antigo, mas todo bem conservado e com a área do banho renovada. Olha, que experiência. Agradeço à simpatia dos proprietários e dos funcionários, em especial ao Luis da recepção que fala um inglês impecável e ajudou muito ao meu amigo americano. Obrigada, obrigada, obrigada! Voltaremos ano que vem, se for possível!

Stay was much more pleasant than I expected. Located in the middle of all the amenities needed, from food, entertainment, sightseeing and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful, bilingual and willing to answer any questions. Very clean room, bed was huge and comfy, with a spacious balcony that caught the sunset perfectly. Most of all, safe and secure. This will again be my choice of stay when I return in the near future.

Staff and owner are AMAZING! Best customer service anywhere on our 18 day trip. Breakfast was FANTASTIC, location looks odd but is in a perfect spot just off the square. Police presence 24 hrs a day every 2 blocks. Very safe. Exchanged dollars for Reals at the hotel and they gave a very fair rate. Love this place!

We highly recommend staying at Casa Do Amarelindo. Fabulous boutique hotel and a great team who make you feel so welcome on arrival and throughout your stay. This is our second time at Casa do Amarelindo. My wife and I stayed there in 2014. And this year we went back with 2 of her sisters and their husbands. Everything was great. The hotel scheduled transfers from and to airport. Tours etc. If you want to stay at Pelourinho area, this is your hotel. Great accommodations. Great location. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks Didier and your team for making our stay special.

Ótimo atendimento de todos. Muito atenciosos e prestativos o tempo todo. O café da manhã é excelente! A localização é muito boa, dá para caminhar pelo Pelourinho com muita segurança e tem ótimos restaurantes por perto. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar na Casa do Amarelindo!

Stay was much more pleasant than I expected. Located in the middle of all the amenities needed, from food, entertainment, sightseeing and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful, bilingual and willing to answer any questions. Very clean room, bed was huge and comfy, with a spacious balcony that caught the sunset perfectly. Most of all, safe and secure. This will again be my choice of stay when I return in the near future.

I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel for the Great service we received from Rodrigo, Adam, Elias and Viliames and all of the wonderful staff. Easy to get to the beaches from the hotel by taxi, I just caanot say enough about the informative and caring staff at Casa Amarelindo.

The hotel was in Pelourinho area. We were able to walk around and see the touristic sites all around. Rooms were clean and quiet. We had an upgrade from the owner which was very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. Breakfast included fruits, juices, omelettes. People in the reception were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings and buildings around with plenty of history and character. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and informative. Absolutely amazing experience. There are areas which are not safe to go around but are clearly mentioned during the welcome, so we were well informed by the staff. The city is beautiful, and we definitely recommend the tours that are on offer. Top recommendation we would have is the tours of the churches and local areas, as there is lots of history to learn of not only how Salvador became, but also the roots of Brazil. We absolutely loved the whole experience.

Perfectly located property in Pelourinho. Wish I could have stayed longer. So Many great things to say about this hotel. The staff is great(everyone I encountered was helpful and pleasant), the decor is very tasteful and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast included was a plus. I’d definitely stay here again if I visited. Good walking distance from a lot of the cool shops and sites to see. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is in a very central location in the pelhourinho with easy walking distance to all the main attractions of the historical centre. The hotel itself is very comfortable with all the amenities you could expect from a good townhouse hotel in a historical building. It has loads of charm. Best of all are the staff who are genuinely warm and friendly and helped js with whatever we asked right through from the time we booked to when we checked out. If I were to go back to Salvador again - and I really hope I do - then I wouldn’t look any further than Casa Do Amarelindo.

Adorei minha estadia no Amaralindo! Atendimento excelente, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, boa localização, limpo, bem organizado, tudo funciona, enfim, muito bom. Conta com janelas e portas anti-ruído, determinantes para a minha escolha. O único ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã, repetitivo. Maior variedade de opções seria ótimo para quem fica períodos maiores.

Staff and owner are AMAZING! Best customer service anywhere on our 18 day trip. Breakfast was FANTASTIC, location looks odd but is in a perfect spot just off the square. Police presence 24 hrs a day every 2 blocks. Very safe. Exchanged dollars for Reals at the hotel and they gave a very fair rate. Love this place!

This is a boutique hotel in the center of the historic section of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good - offering local dishes. The renovation of the building is documented in a book of before and after pictures and quite interesting. The staff a terrific - friendly, helpful, always available. We had several changes for our flight into the city and they were so responsive about having a driver meet us at the airport. Highly recommend.

It is a small guest house with 10 rooms and the owners live on site. The decor is beautiful and their attention to guest comfort is excellent. The breakfast is great and freckle made for each person (not a buffet). The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable and great water pressure. The public areas are comfortable and it feels homey and welcoming. On our last night we sat with the owners for beverages and conversation. They are very charming and interesting. Very close to restaurants and museums.
