A Beautiful Hotel, but Hospitality Needs Serious Improvement As I reflect on my last day at this hotel, I must say that the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the overall design creates a wonderful first impression. Unfortunately, the level of hospitality does not match the beauty of the property. The biggest disappointment was the service and lack of professionalism. My room was not ready on time, and not even a simple apology was offered. To make matters worse, obtaining an additional room key became an unnecessary challenge. I was told to return the following day, which left me wondering: if a new guest arrived to check in, wouldn’t a key be provided immediately? Why should such a basic request be so complicated? The spa was another disappointment. The facilities appeared poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was below expectations. A spa should be a place of relaxation, hygiene, and comfort. Constant cleaning and proper maintenance are not optional, especially in a hotel that presents itself at this standard. My candid opinion is that a beautiful hotel is only half the experience. True luxury is reflected in the quality of service, attention to detail, cleanliness, and how guests are treated. This property has tremendous potential, but management needs to pay serious attention to staff training, professionalism, and the maintenance of its facilities.

Globalement, nous sommes déçus de notre séjour. En pleine période de canicule, nous avons été très surpris qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles ne soit pas équipé de climatisation. Avec un bébé de 18 mois, les deux nuits ont été particulièrement difficiles à cause de la chaleur. À notre arrivée, après plus de 10 heures de route avec notre bébé dans les bras, l’accueil a également été décevant. La réceptionniste n’était pas particulièrement aimable et nous a simplement informés que l’ascenseur était en panne. Nous avons donc dû monter deux étages à pied, avec les valises et notre enfant, vers 0h30. Dans la chambre, nous avons constaté la présence de nombreuses fourmis au niveau de la moquette, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le petit-déjeuner nous a également déçus : personne ne nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du buffet, les fruits étaient abîmés et les viennoiseries manquaient de fraîcheur et de saveur. En revanche, tout n’était pas négatif. L’hôtel est situé dans un environnement calme, dispose d’un grand parking et la literie est très confortable. Nous reviendrons peut-être, mais uniquement en hiver, lorsque les températures seront plus supportables, et sans prendre le petit-déjeuner.
