Lovely, extremely quiet, dog friendly property with immaculate grounds and facilities. No air conditioning in the building made it hot in the night but that was known when booking. We will definitely go back!

The staff were lovely and the hotel garden was gorgeous and surrounded by beautiful woodlands. My room was clean and comfy. Shame they don't offer meals other than breakfast.

Absolutely lovely hotel. It’s quite a long drive from the main road, but what a lovely drive. Through trees. It is a quiet hotel. Large car park. The staff were lovely and could not be more helpful. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty to choose from and fresh for all it was only a continental breakfast. I would happily stay there again

A delightful venue, where we were well looked after and perfect for a relaxing family trip with our dog. The staff were very accommodating, and patient with our dog who had a few barky moments! The beautiful garden was perfect to exercise our son and the dog, which was also ideal, and contributed to a restful sleep in an amazing bed. Only gripe was the shower, bit of a krypton factor scenario to get it to work properly, and the pressure was still poor. Otherwise lovely place, in a perfect location for a walk to Burley, or drive to wider New Forest locations.

We wanted to stay in Burley for a night & found this little gem. The hotel is beautiful & set in a quiet part of the forest, only a few minutes drive from the center of Burley. The room was well equipped & comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay and the staff were super feiendly was an added bonus to have ab enclosed garden and lots of other dogs for our pooch to play with.

The room was not a twin as we had booked, but we decided not to let this affect our stay. However the room was dirty and tatty. The toilet blocked and flooded the room. We had to move hotels, however they only had a room for one night. So for our second night we were sent back. The room we were given was dark and dirty and so sadly we cut our break short and left.

Hotel was lovely. Staff very welcoming and room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Location was perfect for New Forest exploring. Only downside was because it’s pet friendly there was a dog and a noisy owner next door to me that were loud. Not the hotels fault so I’ve not marked them down, but something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise.

If I could rate our stay 10000/10 I would. Staff friendliness and kindness went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was impressive and the bed made us feel like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was lovely as well. Also it’s a 15 minute walk to Burley Village. My cousin and I loved our stay at Moorhill House!

Misleading as said bed and breakfast but then didn’t include breakfast. There was no hot water so cold showers. Staff were friendly and couldn’t fault them just don’t think it was good value for money with what we paid v’s the comfort of our stay

The child bunk beds did not have a good enough side bars for the top bunk. Our 5 yr old granddaughter could off easily fallen out during the night. Otherwise the hotel was just lovely. Quiet and in beautiful surroundings.

A lovely atmosphere and staff are very accomodation. Rooms are large. Apparently they want to refurbish the hotel in November. I hope they keep the same feel to the hotel. We will definitely be going back.

It’s a great location, beautiful setting. We had a great stay and staff were friendly and helpful. It was very hot as heating was on constant 😊 it was a shame the bar wasn’t open for the evening but we would stay again

Great service on check in. Super friendly and helpful staff. Just be aware that they only serve breakfast and if you’re looking to have dinner you will either need to bring your own or make sure to have dinner booked somewhere. Everything else was spot on and the setting is magical

My Daughter and i had a pleasant weekend at Moorhill House Hotel. The only slight disappointment was not being able to get a evening meal. Nice grounds and very quiet. Great base for exploring the New Forest and surrounding area.

Beautiful location!! We loved the birdsong and secluded area…still only a 10 minute walk to the pub so it was perfect Room was clean with a nice comfy bed overall it was great!

We wanted to stay in Burley for a night & found this little gem. The hotel is beautiful & set in a quiet part of the forest, only a few minutes drive from the center of Burley. The room was well equipped & comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

If I could rate our stay 10000/10 I would. Staff friendliness and kindness went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was impressive and the bed made us feel like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was lovely as well. Also it’s a 15 minute walk to Burley Village. My cousin and I loved our stay at Moorhill House!

Set in a lovely setting in Burley. Staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Only downside was having no restaurant on site, but we took a short walk into Burley and found a nice pub. Would recommend

The staff were lovely and the hotel garden was gorgeous and surrounded by beautiful woodlands. My room was clean and comfy. Shame they don't offer meals other than breakfast.

My Daughter and i had a pleasant weekend at Moorhill House Hotel. The only slight disappointment was not being able to get a evening meal. Nice grounds and very quiet. Great base for exploring the New Forest and surrounding area.

Great service on check in. Super friendly and helpful staff. Just be aware that they only serve breakfast and if you’re looking to have dinner you will either need to bring your own or make sure to have dinner booked somewhere. Everything else was spot on and the setting is magical

Lovely location. Staff were freindly and helpfull. Towels didnt need changing as much as they were. Breakfast was nice but would have been nice to have full breakfast option and info about breakfast times in room

Misleading as said bed and breakfast but then didn’t include breakfast. There was no hot water so cold showers. Staff were friendly and couldn’t fault them just don’t think it was good value for money with what we paid v’s the comfort of our stay

Absolutely lovely hotel. It’s quite a long drive from the main road, but what a lovely drive. Through trees. It is a quiet hotel. Large car park. The staff were lovely and could not be more helpful. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty to choose from and fresh for all it was only a continental breakfast. I would happily stay there again

Good value for money, breakfast could do with an upgrade. But other than that we were very please with the family room. And the staff was nice and welcomming.

We were greeted by super friendly staff on arrival, everything well presented, we did find our room was very very warm but staff were accommodating when i asked for a better fan. Bed was very uncomfortable, didn’t have the best night sleep, but breakfast was very nice and well priced

This really is a lovely hotel. Absolutely stunning location away from the road with a beautiful, peaceful garden. Restaurant was excellent and choice on offer was varied and perfectly cooked. I had crab, prawns, mackerel and pate with sourdough etc which was delicious although I would have been equally as happy with any of the fresh fish dishes. We wanted to eat at the restaurant a second night as it was so good but it was already booked up as it’s popular and non hotel guests booking to eat there. For me the slight down side was the very hard mattress and our room was also near the kitchen so we could hear some sort of extractor going and had to keep the window near it shut. (Ours was one of the cheapest rooms so maybe other rooms don’t have this issue?) I would definitely book again and would say an outstanding factor was just how amazing, professional and friendly every single staff member was. It made us feel really welcome. Having stayed in many hotels I can say staff this good are worth every penny 🙂

Stayed 2 nights over a weekend. Check in staff were helpful and pleasant. Bar and restaurant areas very good. Room not so much. We had a shower in bath with no hand rail or grab rail which always helps the elderly. Water left in kettle . Just a couple of things which could be improved on. Setting in new Forest enchanting .
