Initial check in was quick because nobody else was there. When to the show came back to the room only to have key card mot work. Went to the front desk to get card reactivated. Now, someone else is at the desk possible owner’s son. Now I got to show ID, room number, he’s checking the computer questioning what room, etc. It’s late my wife feet hurting and she’s pissed because the keycard to the room ain’t working and, we got to walk back down to get the keycard reactivated. and, walk back upstairs to the room. Really didn’t mind him checking the ID and making sure everything checked out, But, afterwards no apology for the inconvenience and just looked at me like when he gave me the card back. Anyways, next morning came and call about 10:30 asking were we ststing another day? So, I packed up took bags to the car, stopped by front desk to turn in keycard.Only to be told I assumed by the owner he has to check the room to get my deposit back. But, he can’t check until my wife leaves the room? So, I go back up get my wife and let him know we are cleared. He comes out and he’s counting the cars in the parking lot. PROS: The price is right! Close to the venue! Not the Hilton properties we are use to but, really not bad for the money. CON: Customer service horrible!!, Room needs new sheets, spreads, pillow cases, towels, face clothes, and hand towels!!
