Only minor hiccup was with the check in key lock but a back up option was provided. Hello call centre is Malaysian so the line was patchy but they were super helpful and followed up to make we made it in . Could communicate via text or email. Very nice and helpful

Our stay was very relaxing … the only problem we had was with accesses our car parking … we entered the wrong car park (there 2 car park entries) and it was difficult to contact Hello as there is no contact number to ring to work out where we had to go
