Scenic 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo with river views on St. Clair River - U2

The key to enter the house was not where it was said to be. I called the number on the listing and was told he no longer manages the property. This was the same number on the lock box. I asked him for the number of who did. He sent them to me. I had to call several times for someone to answer. Finally, the property manager blamed the housekeeper and he said she was on her way. We stood in the rain with family from Italy for 30 minutes after their long fight and being awake 26 hours at that point! The housekeeper said she didn’t know why the key wasn’t there. Finally the owner called me back and said he took the keys to make copies, didn’t know it was rented and was bringing keys back the next day because he lived an hour and a half away. I asked if he planned to compensate my family for the major inconvenience! He never got back with me. For the stay, beautiful location, uneven floors but that’s ok, there was one bath towel for a place that sleeps at least 10! By the end of the trip they had to buy toilet paper because there wasn’t much in the house. It also lacked a lot of amenities in the kitchen it should have had. If it wasn’t for the view, I would never recommended this place!

Location and outdoor space was great. Spacious. Nice view. I found the kitchen and bathrooms to be lacking many necessities and there were a couple of dangerous tripping hazards in the unit. Property mgr was very responsive and corrected most deficiencies.

Excellent location. Clean and as described. Had a great time. Loved the view and out door seating was perfect for large groups.

Was back in Michigan for a Family reunion. The location was perfect for us. The views of the ship up and down the river was great and enjoyable. Management was quick to respond to and easy to work with. Easy to Check in and out. Outdoor area was a nice welcome.

Very clean. Management was quick to respond with any questions. Easy check in and out. We have kids ages 2, 4, 8, and 12. They all had so much fun and loved the beach.
