Awesome stay! Beautiful property

We stayed here as a family of five with extended family making 10 of us. I’ll start with the good part: -views are amazing. Direct ocean view. -the pool is huge and great for families with kids! -the parking area is large, we fit three cars. -separate living quarters with two kitchens and living room. The not so good part: -it was hard to lock up the entire house. We had to ask the host to deliver keys to lock the upstairs. The gate opener was sensitive. Even the lightest touch would open it which we found out after discovering it open all night. -toilet paper was minimal. We had a half roll at best per bathroom and there were no extras. Seems odd given the price per night was $900. -not enough beach towels for everyone at the house. No hand towels. -the beds in the bunk rooms were not made. -No dishwasher and the coffee maker leaked quite a bit. I think this place can become a luxury spot if the host would take better care and provide more given the price point.
