Easy check in easy check out great quiet spot

My friend and our two 13-year olds needed a place with enough beds (this was perfect - the boys got the two twin beds), within walking distance of downtown (about 2 miles) and somewhere safe so the boys could wander around without us. They really enjoyed being independent. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The house was very clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Communicating with the host was super easy, they were very quick to reply and give suggestions. Nothing about this visit would we change.

I’ll start by saying the property owners were lovely. However once checked in, the house was not as pictured. The backyard was a mess with no fencing on one side do to the neighbor rebuilding. The hot tub was dirty and cold. Trash and old appliances scattered throughout. Dog waste from other dogs. The listing said sleeps 8 but 6 was the max for much was fine for our family.
