Amazing Stargazing Fingerlakes Retreat

A couple of my cousins and our daughters went to a concert at point of the Bluffs. We found this house and it was perfect! It was beautiful, so clean, and had tons of little extra touches that we loved! We will definitely book again.

Home appears recently remodeled with modern amenities, and beds were super comfy, and having three king beds was a nice feature. Host communication was friendly and frequent. Having a stocked refrigerator with some morning essentials was definitely a plus as the location is quite remote. Surrounding forest and private pond made for a very restful stay away from the bustling towns during busy holiday weekend. Three minor topics that prevented me from giving it a five star rating include: 1) There was no Smart TV (or any TV) in the home, although we should have noticed that one was not included in the listing. Smart TVs are a common amenity that no one should even have to think about, especially in a luxury property such as this one, 2) Five split AC units allowed for customizing temperatures in each room however, sharing only one a/c remote control for the entire home was very inconvenient, 3) we did not use the hot tub as it did not appear to be a policy to change out the water between guests, instead there were strict rules on usage, and warnings about a $350 refill fee if needed. Hot tubs should be drained and refilled after each guest stay. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, those three topics would prevent us from renting here again. Thank you!

Beautiful home and property. Very clean, very quiet. The amenities were lovely and allowed for a restful getaway. Easy communication with host. Definitely recommend!

Perfect blend of old farm house meets modern amenities and style. Kitchen is the heart of the house and perfect for cooking a family meal. It's open to the dining room where we sat together and ate while looking out at nature. Best part is the huge deck with the string lights, fire pit, hot tub and hammocks all overlooking the grassy field. I highly recommend staying here.
