Luxury 3/3 with Heated Pool, Spa, & Putting Green!

Home was very very nice. Very clean and had everything you could think of for a comfortable and convenient stay. Outdoor area with pool, hot tub, grill, fire place, putting greens,all sorts of furniture, items for the pool, corn hole, fire pit and huge TV made days and evenings outdoors so enjoyable! Comfy beds and huge walk in showers a big plus. So much about the place was high end. Owners were very nice to communicate with, very quick to respond. We would definitely want tocome back to this home!

We have stayed in SW Florida every winter for the past 12 or so years. Every year we enjoyed the vacation homes but we have never stayed in the same one twice… always in search of the perfect one. In leaving today the whole family agreed we would all come back to this one!! It’s in a safe community and we loved the little treat places we could walk or drive to. Cutest coffee trailer, hot pretzels, ice cream, pizza etc! The outdoor area was the best. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm and we spent many hours relaxing swimming and playing corn hole. We had fun playing the board games & mini golf that were at the house also. The thing that really sets this place far above the rest is how well stocked it is. This is a RARETY for vacation homes. We never bought a single paper product or detergent during our stay. Usually places give two dishwasher pods and two rolls of toilet paper. Not that it’s a big deal to go buy some but it was just so nice having everything right there! If we needed something we would just look around and we usually found what we needed. Bonus: there is a Breville espresso machine and a whole canister of coffee beans. We could feel the care Erinn & Marlin put into making this place special. Thank you Yoders for an amazing vacation. We feel rested, restored and made many memories together!

Erinn was fabulous, prompt helpful professional and extremely nice! The property is better than the listing represents. Top shelf in every way!!!! I would say 12 on a scale of 10! We will stay here again!

Great house. Host was fantastic, very responsive. House was well stocked. Everything we needed and more was there, lots of information on how things work. Highly recommend. Great house, lots do.

Erin was amazing to work with, wonderful communication and very responsive. The house was beautifully renovated and clean. She did a great job of putting helpful notes around the house to help with any questions that might've popped up. Also the online Guestbook was very useful. The location was perfect of our winter trip. I highly recommend a stay here.
