Excelente Tropical Resort Casa de férias

Absolutely loved our week long stay at this property. We're local to the area but had a lot of family visiting for graduation season and we were so grateful for this well maintained and thoughtfully prepared home. Anthony was responsive, kind, and helpful. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool. There were so many little nooks and spaces to find some quiet time. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Visitors may not realize how rare and special it is to have such a spacious well maintained home with a pool on the Hilo side of the island. Truly a special find with affordable rates. Thank you for hosting our family!

Welcome letter needs to be updated. There was no room with a TV and the "larger one" was the smallest TV I've seen in 20 years. Plus, it was not cable, just Roku. Couldn't watch local news. Missed the volcano eruption.Walked around the house twice looking for green door. Scrolled down some on my laptop and went in through garage door and there it was. Letter was not wrong, just out of order. When told not to push on gate, assumed it was electric and that meant not to force it. Again, not incorrect, just a little misleading because you do have to push it open, just not like a hinged gate.If I exhaust trips to all the other islands, I would stay here again.The pool was awesome and there was something oddly satisfying about swimming under the bridge.The kitchen had enough hardware to cook a meal in different pots every night for a month. Lots of cutlery and glasses and dishes.

The place is not as pictured or described. Imagine peal and stick floor tiles poking your feet, no caulking with plenty of mold, room layout hide and seek, outlets going to nothing, spa not heating and slide water intermittent, dishwasher flooding the kitchen with working washer and dryer and kitty cat was great. It is in a good location. Felt very safe.

Beautiful property with all the amenities you would need. It made fir a fabulous family staycation.

It was a lovely stay. My family and I enjoyed the amenities. The house was stocked with extra supplies from soap, sunscreen, toothbrushes, and toys for the pool. Such a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. The yard was well kept and perfect to walk around first thing in the morning. We will stay here again. Thank you for opening your house to us.
