This home was perfect for our family! Our daughter loved the kids room and was excited about all the toys that were provided. The host was very responsive, and check in/out were super easy!

The home was not cleaned well when we arrived. Dust on the furniture, rugs not vacuumed, dirty pillow cases not washed, no clean wash rags left. The host did help us get the items resolved but it was a big inconvenience on our first night there. The top bunk bed had a railing that was broken, the light above the master shower was out, piece missing from the air hockey table making it unable to be played. The hot tub had a very low water level when we arrived. When the cleaners came back they filled it, but the hot tub was not cleaned out. There was a lot of dirt and debris that had settled on the seats and bottom of the tub but it felt too dirty to use, which was very unfortunate. We appreciate the host working with us to resolve some of the issues, but the issues impacted the start of our vacation.

My grandchildren LOVED the children’s bedroom! The camp atmosphere was adorable. They had a blast in the game room playing air hockey . ( so did the adults!) The entire home was very clean. I loved the location because it was very close to the main Pigeon Forge road and we didn’t have to grovel high into the narrow winding roads. We will definitely stay here again

The cabin was perfect! The arcade game upstairs was great--so nostalgic! The kid's room was whimsical and our girls loved it. The hot tub fit all of us with plenty of room to spare. HIGHTLY recommend!

We spent our spring break here and were impressed by how well-stocked the home is for children. Having baby gates, a booster seat, and a kitchen full of kids' plates made our stay so much easier and more comfortable.We did hit a snag at the very beginning with a delayed check-in due to circumstances outside the host's control (previous guests), but Brian was great to work with; he responded timely to questions and messages, was very professional, and worked quickly to resolve any issues. Once we were settled, we had a fun time in Pigeon Forge.
