I literally had to wait 45 minutes for the person to come check me in cuz no one was at the counter. There was no breakfast or any kind of coffee or drinks anywhere to be found. It also appeared like a lot of people live there

After driving over 2 hours I arrived to check in with a hand written sign on the door reading “we are closed”.

Oversold their rooms and lied saying they had a fake number for my booking and couldn’t call me to tell me. I called to check in and was hung up on and then my number was blocked. After spending 13 hours in traffic I had to find another place at midnight to sleep. Horrific, will never book again. Still trying to charge me for my stay they cancelled! LIARS AND THIEVES!

They are available online but when I get there they are fully booked. My money was already paid and they said I had to call the booking people for a refund. Huge inconvenience being from out of town. No help. She didn't even speak English. She had to call someone and speak to them and then put them on speaker.

Flirt was filthy. No one ever at the front desk. No hairdryer. No coffee maker. Tv would only work with streaming but wouldn’t pair with devices. I’m all for pet friendly hotels, but when meth heads leave their dog for HOURS and the dog howls for 4 minutes straight every 15 minutes, the owner should be contacted to come back and resolve the issue. I travel with my dog. I know. But with no one at the desk, there’s no one there to say crap. Room REEKED of weed. Smoke detector covered with a baby powder label. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton for the price by any means. But this was definitely the Shitz Carlton…
